1. Executive Summary:

MahaOnline Ltd, a Joint venture company between Government of Maharashtra and TATA

Consultancy Services, is pleased to inform successful implementation of Online application

for MAHAGENCO. This system comprise of registration of applicants willing to apply for

post of Technician III. This document is produce in interest of training users willing to use,

Online application for MAHAGENCO efficiently. The document provides stepwise

procedure of using online application with relevant Screen shot of various activities in

system.

2. Intended Audience:

This document is intended for the users applying for Mahagenco Technician III Recruitment.

The intended users are applicants applying for following post of Technician III.

It is assumed that the user has prior knowledge of the activities that takes place in the departments and

possess working knowledge of Windows Operating System.

3. How to apply?

3.1 Steps for filling up Application for Mahagenco Technician III

1. Go to: http://mahagenco.mahaonlinegov.in/, this screen will appear

2. On this Screen, Click on व ोंदण क for registration then following

screen will appear. (मेथे व ोंदण क मा लय क्लरक कया, आऩणाव खारीर स्क्रीन

ददव)े:

o Enter your valid email id

(कृऩमा तभुचा लदै्म ईभेर आमडी नोंदला) o Choose your password as per password policy i.e the password

should contain at least 1 capital letter, at least 1 number, and at least one special character.

(ददरेल्मा तनमभानवुाय ऩावलडड तनलडा) o Primary Contact Number (mandatory)

(भ्रभणध्लनी रभाांकाची नोंद कया) o Full Name (mandatory)

(आऩरे ऩणूड नाल ची नोंद कया) o Aadhaar Number (not mandatory)

(आधाय रभाांकची नोंद कया) o Sex – Male /Female (mandatory)

(लर ांग तनलडा) o Tick on “I have Read Instructions”

(भी वचूना लाचरी मा लय दिक कया)

3. Now, a message for will be visible, Click on OK.

(तभुचे Registration ऩणुड झाल्माव एक वांदेळ मेईर त्मात OK लय क्लरक कया)

4. Now you can go back to Main Page and start filling your form:

5. Now Login with Username/Email Id and Password, the screen below will appear:

6. Click on - अज क . The list will open, now click on प ीक्षेस ठी अज : (अजड कया लय क्लरक कया. मादी उघडरे, आता ऩयीषेवाठी अजड बया मा लय क्लरक कया:)

7. Now, below screen will appear (आता खारीर स्क्रीन ददवेर):

o Please enter valid information in the given form (कृऩमा मा ऩषृ्ठालय वगऱी भादशती अचूक बया).

o Please click on “Save” once all the information is filled (भादशती बरून

झाल्माव ती वेल मा फिनालय क्लरक करून जतन कया.

8. Next is Profile tab, here select YES or NO where ever applicable.

9. Next tab is for Contact Details, in the screen below enter all the valid

details and save.

10. Next tab is for Other details, click on options related to languages (READ/WRITE/SPEAK) here:

11. Next tab is for Educational Details, here screen below will be displayed.

Enter correct information and answer the question YES or NO where ever

applicable: (ऩढुीर िॅफ ळषैणणक भादशती कयीता आशे, मेथे खारीर स्क्रीन प्रदलळडत केर ेजाईर.

मोग्म भादशती प्रवलष्ि कया आणण ददरले्मा प्रश्नाांचे उत्तय शोम ककां ला नाशी अव ेनोंदला.)

12. Next tab is for uploading candidate’s - Photo and Signature. To do this

please click on अज क and then छ य चच आणण स्व क्ष ी अपलोड क , following screen will appear. Now click on पुढे ज and move ahead.

(ऩढुीर िॅफ छामाधचत्र आणण स्क्लाषयी अऩरोड कयण्माकरयता आशे. अव ेकयण्मा कयीता अज क लय क्लरक कया, नांतय छ य चच आणण स्व क्ष ी अपलोड क लय क्लरक कया. आता तमु्शारा खारीर ऩषृ्ठ ददवेर. मेथे पढेु ज लय क्लरक कया.)

13. Now, following screen will appear. Here click on Photo and upload the scan image. Likewise do it for Signature. Once this is done click on

Proceed to Payment:

(आता, खारीर स्क्रीन ददवरे. मेथे छामाधचत्र लय क्लरक कया आणण स्क्कॅन प्रततभा अऩरोड कया. तवेच स्क्लाषयी करयता कया. एकदा शे ऩणूड झार ेकी Proceed to payment लय क्लरक कया आणण ळलु्क बया )

14. For fees payment, click on शलु्क ण , now following screen will appear: (ळलु्क अदा कयण्मावाठी, शलु्क ण लय क्लरक कया , आता खारीर स्क्रीन ददवेर:)

15. On above screen you have two buttons, one for Preview and other for

Submit. Preview button will help you to check the form and Submit button

will accept the form. Once Submit i.e moved to payment, the application

form will not to editable.

16. Click on Submit button to move ahead for payment. You can select your

payment mode and pay the fees. The following screen will appear for fees

payment:

NOTE

1. Please note only one application is allowed by one email id.

2. Please Save changes on every single change that you make n all

the tabs.
