    Via E Procurement- Homepage of Borouge (www.borouge.com)

    Suppliers who are already supplying or who have supplied Borouge do not need to register again

    into this application.

    On the www.borouge.com home page, Choose the menu item E-Procurement in E Services

    By clicking on the button New Supplier Registration you access the application form for Supplier self-registration

    Our online Supplier Registration consists of two processes

    Process 1

    Filling the online registration form on the Borouge Website (see image)

    Filling the detailed online questionnaires

    Completing the registration questionnaire - we ask you for entering your general contact information as well as several basic requisite information.

    You register your data online and specify which commodities you would like to deliver to us.

    In order to be able to transmit the information required in our suppliers registration, you must fill out all of the obligatory data fields marked with an *:

    Company Details: Name of Company*, Commercial License Number*, Language*, Oil and Gas*

    Address Data: E-Mail-Address*, Telephone*, Street*, Postal Code, City*, Country*, Vendor Type*, Municipality License Number*, Web Site, ADNOC/OPCOS*

    Categories: Language*, Category* Data Privacy Statement* (acceptance essential)

    Step 5: Supplier Self Registration Part A - Company Details

    Name of Company Here you have to enter the name of your company.

    Chamber Of Commercial License Number Please enter your valid Commercial License Number in this field

    Language English and Arabic are defined as communication languages by Borouge.

    Oil and Gas Have you supplied to an Oil & Gas

    Email Address ,Telephone & FaxHere you have to enter the Email address of your company contact and telephone / Fax number.

    Street AddressHere you have to provide your company street address and postal code

    Municipality License Number Please provide your Municipality License Number

    City & CountryPlease provide your City name and select your country

    Vendor TypePlease select the vendor type (Manufacturer, Supplier or Contractor)

    Website & Registered with ADNOC / OPCOSPlease enter website and select Yes if you are already registered with ADNOC / OPCOS

    Part C - Product Categories

    Step 5: Supplier Self Registration

    Product Categories

    In this category of our registration form you make the choice of Borouge commodities, which you would like to offer us in the future.

    Note: For each selected product category, you will receive a specific questionnaire, where in you will have to provide the classification details

    At least one product category should be selected

    Questionnaire Language

    Additionally, here you enter the language (English) in which you would like to receive the detailed questionnaire of the 2nd stage of our application process (explanation following).

    Attachments

    Please browse and attach the relevant attachments in this screen. (e.g. Introduction Letter, Agency Agreement, Trade license, GASCO Approval etc.

    - Enter a description for the attachment - Browse the attachment and click on Upload button

    Part D - Data Privacy Statement

    Your consent to our data security declaration is a precondition for the transmission of your data to our purchasing department.

    Your consent to the data-protection declaration must also be given before your data can be transmitted to our purchasing department. This data-protection declaration is found in the lower part of the registration form.

    Your consent is given by activating, i.e. putting a check mark in the check box. Only then the Submit button (send) in the registration questionnaire will be activated.

    Step 6: Registration Confirmation

    After your data has been successfully transmitted, you will immediately receive online on your screen confirmation from our supplier registration system.

    Step 7: Detailed questionnaire via e-mail

    After the receipt of the aforementioned registration form, you will receive a general, specific and Product Category related Questionnaire (One questionnaire for each selected product category in the registration form)

    Note: Supplier receives the Questionnaires only if they are successfully evaluated, else supplier can expect a rejection letter from Borouge Procurement Strategy Dept.

    This detailed questionnaire will be sent to the e-mail address stated in your registration questionnaire, requesting that you complete it and return it as quickly as possible.

    Step 7: Detailed questionnaire via e-mail

    We ask you to please update the Questionnaire online. You can open the questionnaire immediately in the e-mail by clicking on the link and answer online.

    For Product Categories related questionnaire, you will have to refer the Borouge Product Categories and Sub categories reference file available on the website and fill in the Questionnaire accordingly

    If there are problems with the control elements of the questionnaire (e. g. dialogue boxes, choice pads), please contact us on [email protected]

    In order to be able to transmit the information required in our detailed questionnaire, you must fill in all of the obligatory data fields

    As evidence for the successful Questionnaire submission, the system will display a confirmation message on the screen

    Part A - General Questionnaire

    This questionnaire has all general questions about the vendor organization. Questions include details about the organization name, year of establishment, commercial licence details, financial data etc.

    Part A - Specific Questionnaire

    Specific Questionnaire seeks information about vendors products. This questionnaire has different sections for different vendor types i.e. Supplier, Contractor, Manufacturer. This Questionnaire contains questions about products supplier/manufactured by vendor, number of employees under different sections, quality process in place, facility owned by vendor etc.

    Step 8: Updating Questionnaire Online

    Part A - Product Questionnaire

    In a product questionnaire, vendor needs to fill the sub-product category details they can supply. During the initial registration, vendor has selected the main product categories. Each product category is further classified into sub-product categories. Vendor needs to specify the individual sub-product category from the main product categories. All sub-product categories are listed in Borouges Product Category document.
