Adding New Users to the Yapmo AppFirst things first, we need to add the new user into the app!

Now they are added to the app and have received a Welcome E-mail! Once they click on the link within the Welcome Email, theyll be able to login and start checking out the great content within the app.Adding Users to a GroupNext, we can assign the user to a Group within the app. Each group is setup to automatically subscribe its members to a set of loops. By adding users to specific groups, we can automatically subscribe them to a set of loops (including Private loops) instead of needing to individually select each loop.

You will want to repeat this step until the user has been added to all appropriate groups. A great way to make sure they are a part of the right group(s) is to check their profile! Their profile will show all Loops where they are a member. **If you add someone to the wrong group or click the wrong e-mail address, simply find them in the list on the right, click the name and they are removed!User Mapping LoopWhile weve already discussed how to add a new user and add them to groups, there are a few other things you can do with users and groups within the User Mapping Loop. Add, Edit, and Delete User Groups Map User Groups to Loops Add Members to User GroupsYou can find the User Mapping Loop under the Plugins parent folder on your Sidebar. This tab can only be accessed via super-admins and Yapmo App Support.

How to Add and Edit User GroupsWithin the User Mapping loop, you can add and edit your user groups.To Add a Group, click on the Edit Groups tab within the User Mapping loop.

To edit an existing group, you can click on the group in the Edit Groups tab or select it from a dropdown within the Map Groups to Loops tab or Map Members to Groups tab.

Mapping User Groups to Content LoopsTo automatically add all member of a group to specific loops, you can use the Map Groups to Loops tab within the User Mapping loop.
