1.1.1 Differences Between HUAWEI CLOUD China andHUAWEI CLOUD International

HUAWEI CLOUD has two websites: HUAWEI CLOUD China and HUAWEI CLOUDInternational.

● HUAWEI CLOUD China is intended for customers in the Chinese mainland. Fordetails about how to register a HUAWEI CLOUD China account, see AccountRegistration Process.

Registration Process. Table 1-1 shows the differences between HUAWEICLOUD China and HUAWEI CLOUD International.

1.1.2 Account Registration Process

Procedure

Step 1 Go to the HUAWEI CLOUD homepage, and click Register in the upper rightcorner.

Step 2 Set the country/region, email address, and password, and select I have read andagree to the HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement and Privacy Statement.

If you want to register an individual account, set Country/Region to the country or regionwhere you are. If you want to register an enterprise account, set Country/Region to thecountry or region where the enterprise is registered.

Step 3 Click Register.

The Verification dialog box is displayed.

Step 4 Verify your identity.● Email-based verification

a. Click Send Code and enter the received verification code.



b. Click Verify.A message is displayed, indicating that the account is created.

▪ After an account is created, the Bind Mobile Number page is displayed.

▪ After creating a HUAWEI CLOUD account using an email address, you need tobind a mobile number, complete the account information, and select apayment method before you can subscribe to and enable cloud services. Fordetails about how to select a payment method, see Adding a PaymentMethod.

▪ If you select I would like to receive marketing and promotionalinformation, HUAWEI CLOUD will send marketing messages to yourregistered mobile phone or email address.

● Mobile number-based verification

a. Click Use Mobile Phone in the Verification dialog box.

b. Enter a mobile number, click Send Code, and then enter the verificationcode.After creating a HUAWEI CLOUD account using a mobile number, youneed to complete the account information and select a payment methodbefore you can subscribe to and enable cloud services. For details abouthow to select a payment method, see Adding a Payment Method.

1.2 Logging In

Procedure

Step 1 Log in to the HUAWEI CLOUD homepage.

Step 2 In the upper right corner of the page, click Log In.

Step 3 Enter the account name (or email address) and password, and click Log In.





A verification code is required upon three consecutive incorrect password attempts.

1.3 Resetting the PasswordIf you forget the password or cannot input the correct password for other reasonsduring the login, you can reset the password.

If you forget the password and cannot retrieve the password, you can only reset it.

Procedure

Step 1 Log in to the HUAWEI CLOUD homepage.

Step 2 In the upper right corner of the page, click Log In.

Step 3 In the Account Login area, click Forgot Password?

Step 4 Verify your account.● Using the account name or the bound email address

a. Enter the account name or email address and the completely automatedpublic Turing test to tell computers and humans apart (CAPTCHA) code.

b. Click Next.● Using the bound mobile number

a. Click Use the Mobile Number.




b. Enter the mobile number and CAPTCHA code.c. Click Next.

Step 5 Verify your identity.● Using the email address

a. Select Email address and click Send Code.b. Enter the email verification code.c. Click Next.

● Using the mobile number

a. Select Mobile number and click Send Code.b. Enter the SMS verification code.c. Click Next.

● If both your mobile number and email address are unavailable, contact thecustomer service for assistance.

Step 6 Set a new password and click Next.

The password is reset successfully.

1.4 Logging OutFor account security purposes, log out of My Account after completing operations.

Procedure

Hover over the username in the upper right corner and choose Log Out from thedrop-down list.

The login page is displayed.

1.5 Deleting an Account



1.5.1 Terms and Conditions on Deletion of HUAWEI CLOUDAccount

The Terms and Conditions on Deletion of HUAWEI CLOUD Account ("theseTerms") governs deletion of your HUAWEI CLOUD account and related matters.

Please read these Terms carefully before submitting an application for accountdeletion. If you have any questions, please contact HUAWEI CLOUD customerservice.

Your acceptance of these Terms and clicking the Submit button indicates that youhave read and fully understood all the content of these Terms and indicates thatyou believe deleting your HUAWEI CLOUD account can help achieve yourexpected purposes.

After you submit an application for account deletion, HUAWEI CLOUD will checkyour account in accordance with these Terms and relevant instructions on theconsole. If your account meets the account deletion conditions, HUAWEI CLOUDwill notify you of the result and start the account deletion process after yourconfirmation. This process cannot be withdrawn or revoked. If your account doesnot meet the conditions, HUAWEI CLOUD will notify you of the result and theaccount deletion procedure will be automatically terminated.

1. Account Deletion Conditions

a. Your HUAWEI CLOUD account cannot be deleted if any of the followingconditions exists, except that you have reached consensus with HUAWEICLOUD in this respect:

▪ Overdue payments, over-issued invoices, pending payments, orremaining balance.

▪ Contracts pending for performance, active orders, resources in use, orreserved instances.

▪ Applications in progress (including but not limited to applications ofnew orders, unsubscriptions/withdrawals, applications for joiningHUAWEI CLOUD ecosystem programs, etc).

▪ Your account has been associated with a HUAWEI CLOUD ecosystempartner.

▪ Your account has been associated with an enterprise master accountor member account.

b. Your account does not have unpaid taxes and there are no unfulfilledobligations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

c. Your account has not violated any applicable laws or regulations oragreements signed with HUAWEI CLOUD, unless you have reachedconsensus with HUAWEI CLOUD in connection with related matters ifapplicable.

2. Account Deletion Procedure

a. Self-checkBefore you submit the application for account deletion, please checkwhether your account meets the account deletion conditions specified in




section 1 of these Terms; otherwise, your account deletion process maybe terminated due to failure to meet the deletion conditions.

b. Deletion method selectionFor account security purposes, only you can delete your HUAWEI CLOUDaccount. If the account does not meet the conditions specified in section1 of these Terms and you still want to delete it, you may contact HUAWEICLOUD customer service.

c. Account deletion processi. Application submission

After confirming that the conditions specified in section 1 of theseTerms have been met, log in to the HUAWEI CLOUD website, go tothe My Account console, click Close Account, read these Termscarefully before acceptance, and submit the account deletionapplication.

ii. CheckHUAWEI CLOUD will automatically check your account in accordancewith the account deletion conditions.

iii. Check Result Notification○ Passed

If your account meets the account deletion conditions, HUAWEICLOUD will notify you of the result by email, SMS, or otherreasonable methods and start the account deletion process.

The checking of your account in accordance with the conditionsabove is preliminary and to the extent of formalities review.Compliance with the account deletion conditions does not meanthat HUAWEI CLOUD materially accepts the result or waives anyrights entitled by laws or agreements, nor does HUAWEI CLOUDaffirm that any operations and responsibilities arising out of youraccount before the deletion process are exempted or mitigated,including but not limited to any overdue payments, entrustedpayments, and unpaid taxes.

○ FailedIf your account does not meet the account deletion conditions,HUAWEI CLOUD will notify you of the failed conditions by email,SMS, or other reasonable methods. The account deletionprocedure will be automatically terminated and will not berestarted. If you still want to delete the account, you may submitanother application.

d. In the event that you fulfill the conditions above, if your HUAWEI CLOUDaccount is listed in complaints reported by third parties, is investigated bygovernment agencies, is involved in a litigation or arbitration procedure,or fails to meet the conditions for account deletion after the accountcheck, HUAWEI CLOUD reserves the right to terminate the accountdeletion process without your consent before the deletion procedure isformally completed ("retention period").

3. Retention Perioda. HUAWEI CLOUD has set up a retention period for account closure in

accordance with industry standards, relevant laws, regulations, and the



requirements of national administrative, judicial, and law enforcementagencies. The retention period has been provided on the HUAWEI CLOUDwebsite, and the period starts once your account is closed.

b. During the retention period, you cannot use HUAWEI CLOUD services oravail any rights granted by the corresponding SLA.However, you can continue using your account to log in to the HUAWEICLOUD website and perform the following operations:

▪ Query historical bills and settle unpaid bills.

▪ Apply to restore the account so you can use HUAWEI CLOUD servicesagain.

▪ Delete the account immediately after all outstanding amounts arepaid.

c. During the retention period, HUAWEI CLOUD will delete the accountdata saved in HUAWEI CLOUD, except as otherwise specified in theseTerms or required by laws and regulations or national administrative,judicial, or law enforcement agencies.

4. Legal Consequences of Account Deletion

a. Your account deletion procedure will start after you confirm that youaccept these Terms.

b. When the account deletion procedure is completed (the retention periodends or you delete the account during the retention period), all relatedcontractual relationships between you and HUAWEI CLOUD areterminated. The consequences of account deletion include but are notlimited to the following:

▪ You will not be able to use this account to log in to the HUAWEICLOUD website, app, etc.

▪ You will not be able to access the HUAWEI CLOUD console.

▪ You will not be able to perform any operations that require theaccount access.

▪ You will not be able to retrieve the personal information, transactionrecords, business data, and historical information under the account.

▪ You will not be able to use HUAWEI CLOUD services.

Notwithstanding article 4 of these Terms, the deletion of your account doesnot mean that all your account operations and responsibilities beforeaccount deletion are exempted or mitigated.

c. At the end of the day on which your account is deleted, HUAWEICLOUD has provided services in accordance with contracts and activeorders reached between the parties, without breaching any contracts.

d. HUAWEI CLOUD will delete your data and immediately stop collecting,storing, and using your personal information and other data, except asotherwise required by applicable laws and regulations or industrystandards. For example, HUAWEI CLOUD will retain corresponding



invoice data for tax compliance purposes, and keep the transactioninformation between you and HUAWEI CLOUD to comply withrelevant e-commerce laws.

e. Account balance handlingAfter you pay all outstanding amounts, you need to withdraw theremaining account balance.

f. The account cannot be recovered once it is deleted. Please back up allaccount-related business information and data before you delete youraccount. During the retention period, you can query historical bills andsettle unpaid bills, but you cannot access or use cloud services, andyour cloud service resources will be released. When the retentionperiod ends, HUAWEI CLOUD will take your account back and clearthe account data. HUAWEI CLOUD will not be liable for any loss ofdata or information caused therefrom.

5. Others

a. These Terms serve as an integral part of the HUAWEI CLOUD CustomerAgreement. For matters not mentioned herein, please refer to therelevant clauses of the HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement.

b. These Terms only govern your deletion of your HUAWEI CLOUD account,without prejudice to the deletion of your account in accordance withapplicable laws or agreements reached between you and HUAWEICLOUD (for example, in the event of "suspension" and/or "termination"under the HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement).

c. If your account deletion causes any loss to HUAWEI CLOUD, you shallcompensate for the loss and exempt HUAWEI CLOUD and its directors,employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from any third-party liabilitiesarising therefrom.

d. The Chinese version of these Terms shall prevail.

1.5.2 Account Deletion ProcessYou can delete your account on the Basic Information page. Close the accountbefore you delete it.

After you close an account, the account enters the retention period, and the datasaved in HUAWEI CLOUD will be cleared and cannot be restored. During theretention period, you can use the account to log in to HUAWEI CLOUD and viewaccount and expenditure information. After the retention period ends, the accountwill be automatically deleted and can no longer be used.

You can manually delete an account 24 hours after you close it. After the accountis deleted, it can no longer be used to access HUAWEI CLOUD, and the data in theaccount will be cleared permanently. Ensure that the account to be deleted is nolonger needed.

Closing an Account

Step 1 Go to the Basic Information page.

Step 2 Expand the Delete Account area in the lower part of the page, and click CloseAccount.

The Close Account page is displayed.

Step 3 Read the Terms and Conditions on Deletion of HUAWEI CLOUD Account andselect I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions on Deletion ofHUAWEI CLOUD Account and understand that my account XXX will be closedand my data in HUAWEI CLOUD will be deleted and cannot be recovered.Then select the reason for deleting the account.

Step 4 Click Next.

Step 5 Click Send Code and enter the received verification code in the text box.

If you do not receive an SMS verification code or an email containing a verification code,submit a service ticket to reset your mobile number or email address.

Step 6 Click OK.

The Account Check page is displayed. The system automatically checks theaccount status, the financial status, orders and resources, and displays the checkresults on the page.

If you have checked your account status but not close the account, click View Last CheckResult on the Basic Information page. Then the system displays the result of the lastaccount check.

Step 7 Click Confirm Closure.

A message is displayed indicating that the account is successfully closed.

If you need to use the account again, click Restore Account on the Basic Informationpage.

Deleting an Account


Step 2 Click Delete Account in the lower part of the page.





The page for identity verification is displayed.

Step 3 Click Send Code.

Step 4 Enter the received verification code and click OK.

Step 5 The system displays the check result of the account. Select I understand thatafter the account is deleted, I can no longer use it to access HUAWEI CLOUD,and my data saved in HUAWEI CLOUD will be automatically cleared, and clickConfirm Deletion to delete the account.

A message is displayed, indicating that the account is deleted.

1.6 Viewing Account InformationAccounts contain true information about individuals or enterprises and are usedfor logging in to the HUAWEI CLOUD official website. Customers' orders and feesare associated with their accounts.

You can view and change the account name, company name, mobile number,email address, password, and contact address on the Basic Information page.

Step 2 View account information such as the account name, company name, mobilenumber, email address, password, and contact address.

1.7 Changing Account NameYou can change your account name on the Basic Information page. The accountname can be changed for three times in a year.

Procedure


Step 2 Click Edit next to Account Name.

The Edit Account Name dialog box is displayed.

Step 3 Enter a new account name.

● The new account name must be unique.

● The account name is a string of 6 to 32 characters starting with a letter, which cancontain only letters, digits, and underscores (_).

Step 4 Click OK.

The system displays a message indicating that the account name is changedsuccessfully.

1.8 Setting Account Type

Prerequisites

You can set the account type on the Basic Information page only when theaccount type has not been specified.

The account type cannot be modified once specified. If your account has notcompleted real-name authentication, your full name (individual account) orcompany name (enterprise account) can be changed.

Setting Account Type


Step 2 If the account type has not been specified, click Edit next to Company.

Step 3 Set the account type.

Your account can be set as an individual account or enterprise account. Your full name isrequired for an individual account. Your company name is required for an enterpriseaccount.

Step 4 Click OK.

Changing the Full Name or Company Name

If your account has not completed real-name authentication, your full name(individual account) or company name (enterprise account) can be changed.

Go to the Basic Information page.

● Individual account: Click Edit next to Full Name and change the full name.

● Enterprise account: Click Edit next to Company Name and change thecompany name.

1.9 Changing the Mobile Number

Procedure


Step 2 Click Edit next to Mobile Number.

The Change Mobile Number page is displayed.






Step 3 Verify your identity.● Mobile number verification

a. Click Verify next to SMS.b. Click Send Code, enter the SMS verification code, and click Next.

● Email address verification

a. Click Verify next to Email.b. Click Send Code, enter the email verification code, and click Next.



Step 4 Enter a new mobile number, click Send Code, and enter the SMS verification code.

Step 5 Click OK.

The system displays a message indicating that the mobile number is changedsuccessfully.

1.10 Changing Email AddressStep 1 Go to the Basic Information page.

Step 2 Click Edit next to Email Address.

The Change Email Address page is displayed.




Step 3 Verify your identity.● Mobile number verification

a. Click Verify next to SMS.b. Click Send Code, enter the SMS verification code, and click Next.

● Email address verification

a. Click Verify next to Email.b. Click Send Code, enter the email verification code, and click Next.



Step 4 Enter a new email address, click Send Code, and enter the email verification code.

Step 5 Click OK.

1.11 Modifying Contact InformationYou can modify the contact address, name, mobile number, and email address ofthe contact person.

Procedure


Step 2 In the Contact Information area, click Edit next to Contact Address to set thecontact address.

You can click Edit again to change the contact address.




Step 3 Click Edit next to Contact Details to set the name, mobile number, and emailaddress of the contact person.

You can click Edit again to change the contact information.

1.12 Modifying Interests

Procedure





Step 2 In the My Interests area, click Edit next to Industry.

Step 3 Select your industry.

Step 4 Click Save.

If the industry you select has a secondary industry, you are required to select a secondaryone.

2.1 Differences Between Individual Real-NameAuthentication and Enterprise Real-NameAuthentication

Individual real-name authentication and enterprise real-name authenticationdiffer greatly in account ownership:

● If the account type is Individual, the authenticated account belongs to anindividual.

● If the account type is Enterprise, the authenticated account belongs to anenterprise.

Individual real-name authentication applies to freelancers.

Enterprise real-name authentication applies to enterprises, individual businesses,and all kinds of organizations.

Real-name authentication is required only when you need to purchase resources in regionsCN South-Guangzhou, CN North-Beijing1, and CN East-Shanghai2.

Background Information

Customers who apply to be partners cannot perform individual real-nameauthentication.

The following procedure uses a passport as an example to explain how to performindividual certificate authentication.

Procedure

Step 1 Go to the Basic Information page and click Authenticate next to AuthenticationStatus.

The system displays a confirmation dialog box.

Step 2 Click Continue.

The Real-Name Authentication page is displayed.

Step 3 Select Individual.

Step 4 Fill in your personal information as prompted.

If you set the certificate type to Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and MacaoResidents, you only need to enter the first nine digits of the certificate number.

Step 5 Click Submit. The review progress page is displayed.

If HUAWEI CLOUD finds a problem during the review, HUAWEI CLOUD will notify you of re-authentication.

2.2.3 Important Notes for Individual CertificateAuthentication

● Your certificate must be within its validity period.● The certificate photo must be clearly visible.● The entered name and certificate ID must be the same as those displayed in

the photos.● The information in the photo of the hand-held certificate (front) must be

clearly visible. The certificate holder must be bareheaded, with all facialfeatures visible.

● The supported photo file formats include JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, and PDF. Afile to be uploaded must be smaller than or equal to 10 MB. The followingspecial characters are not allowed in a file name: \/:*?"<>;|

● A certificate number can be used for authenticating three accounts.

2.3 Enterprise Real-Name Authentication

2.3.1 Overall ProcessThe following figure shows the process of real-name authentication for anenterprise account.



2.3.2 Enterprise Certificate AuthenticationThe real-name authentication requires uploading your enterprise certificate.

Procedure

Step 1 Go to the Basic Information page and click Authenticate next to AuthenticationStatus.

The system displays a confirmation dialog box.

Step 2 Click Continue. The Real-Name Authentication page is displayed.

Step 3 Select Enterprise.

Step 4 Fill in your enterprise information and upload required files as instructed.

The authentication information review is expected to finish in three working days. Theauthentication completes immediately after the submitted information is approved.

2.3.3 Important Notes for Enterprise CertificateAuthentication

2.4 Individual Real-Name Re-Authentication

2.4.1 Overall ProcessAn individual account can be re-authenticated as another individual or anenterprise. The following figure shows the overall re-authentication process.

● Learn how to change an entity to another individual.● Learn how to change an entity to an enterprise.

● Before a real-name authentication change takes effect (is approved), the original real-name authentication information is still valid.

● Between the time when you submit a real-name authentication change request and thetime when the change takes effect (is approved), the new arrears and the newlypurchased resources belong to the new entity.

● Between the time when you submit a real-name authentication change request and thetime when the request is rejected, the new arrears and the newly purchased resourcesbelong to the original entity.

2.4.2 Changing to Another IndividualIf an individual account wants to be re-authenticated as another individual, theindividual account user needs to fill in an application form and upload thecertified materials used for the last authentication and the materials required forthe new authentication.





Important Notes● An individual account must not be in arrears if the user wants to be re-

authenticated as another individual. Pay off the arrears before re-authentication.

● For the re-authentication, the new individual can select a certificate typeamong a passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and MacaoResidents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit forHong Kong and Macao Residents, Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents, ornon-Chinese driver license.

● Both the parties need to sign on the application form and upload the certifiedmaterials used for the last authentication and the materials required for thenew authentication.

Procedure

Step 1 Go to the Basic Information page and click View next to Authentication Status.

Step 2 Click perform real-name authentication again.

The system displays a message asking you to confirm the re-authentication.

Step 3 Click OK.

Step 4 On the Real-Name Authentication page, select Individual.

Step 5 Fill in the new individual information and upload the original materials used forthe last authentication and the materials required for the new authentication.




The application form template is in the Word format, which is not supported for uploading.You need to convert the file format to PDF or upload a scanned copy.


The authentication review will complete within three working days. Once the re-authentication request is approved, the new account entity information takes effect.

2.4.3 Changing to an Enterprise AccountIf an individual account wants to be re-authenticated as an enterprise, theindividual account user needs to fill in an application form and upload the originalmaterials used for the last authentication and the materials required for the newauthentication.

Important Notes● An individual account must not be in arrears if the user wants to be re-

authenticated as an enterprise. Pay off the arrears before re-authentication.● The enterprise needs to stamp on the application form, and upload the

original materials used for the last authentication and the materials requiredfor the new authentication.

Step 5 Click Send Code, and enter the received verification code in the text box.

Step 6 Click OK.

Step 7 Fill in the enterprise information and upload the original materials used for thelast authentication and the materials required for the new authentication.




Step 8 Click Submit.

Step 9 Click Send Code, and enter the received verification code in the text box.

Step 10 Click OK. The review progress page is displayed.

2.5 Enterprise Real-Name Re-Authentication

2.5.1 Overall ProcessThe following figure shows the overall process for enterprise real-name re-authentication.

● Before a real-name authentication change takes effect (is approved), the original real-name authentication information is still valid.

● Between the time when you submit a real-name authentication change request and thetime when the change takes effect (is approved), the new outstanding amount and thenewly purchased resources belong to the new entity.

● Between the time when you submit a real-name authentication change request and thetime when the request is rejected, the new outstanding amount and the newlypurchased resources belong to the original entity.

● If an enterprise master or member account needs to change the real-nameauthentication, the re-authentication has the following restrictions:● If the master account has invited another account for association but the invitation

has not been accepted, the accounts cannot perform re-authentication.● If the same company name is registered for the master and member accounts, the

member account cannot perform the re-authentication separately. Instead, itsinformation is synchronized with the master account's information after the masteraccount completes the re-authentication.

2.5.2 Changing Enterprise Authentication InformationIf an enterprise account wants to change their authentication information, theenterprise account user needs to fill in an application form and upload thecertified materials used for the last authentication and the materials required forthe new authentication.



Important Notes● An enterprise account must not be in arrears for re-authentication. Pay off the

arrears before re-authentication.

● Both the original enterprise and the new enterprise need to stamp on theapplication form, and upload the certified materials used for the lastauthentication or the materials required for the new authentication.

3.1 Requesting Association with a Partner

3.1 Requesting Association with a PartnerCustomers can contact HUAWEI CLOUD partners to obtain invitation links or QRcodes. Then customers can click the links or scan the QR codes to complete theregistration and association. The associated customers can buy products at thediscounts offered to their partners.

Precautions● Each customer can be associated with only one partner.● A customer with the HUAWEI CLOUD account in arrears cannot be associated

with any partner.● A customer cannot be associated with a partner if the customer has signed a

special contract with HUAWEI CLOUD, such as an offline directly-signedcontract, authorized telemarketing contract with discounts, and directly-signed special offer contract.

● The account to be associated cannot be a solution partner account in use orpending approval.

● A HUAWEI CLOUD account that has been registered for more than seven dayscannot be associated with a partner.

● A HUAWEI CLOUD account that has consumption records or is provisionedwith resources cannot be associated with a partner by reseller model.

● An enterprise member account can be associated with a partner by resellermodel only after it is dissociated from its enterprise master account.

● An enterprise master account can be associated with a partner by resellermodel only after it dissociates its member accounts.

● A customer with an internal HUAWEI CLOUD account cannot be associatedwith any partner.

● If the signing entity of the customer is different from that of the partner, thecustomer cannot be associated with the partner by referral mode.

● HUAWEI CLOUD customers whose reserved instances are not expired cannotbe associated with any partner by reseller model.

A customer who does not meet the preceding requirements can contact the customerservice or submit a service ticket to request to associate with a partner by reseller model.

Procedure

Step 1 Click the invitation link sent by the partner or scan the QR code sent by thepartner.

Step 2 Read the Instructions for Associating with a HUAWEI CLOUD Partner and select Ihave read and agree to the terms and conditions.

This step is required only for the reseller model.

Step 3 Associate with the partner.● Registering a new HUAWEI CLOUD account to associate with a partner

a. Click Register for Association to go to the account registration page.b. Select a Country/Region, set Account Name, Password, and Email,

enter the email verification code, and select HUAWEI CLOUD CustomerAgreement and Privacy Statement, and click Register.

● Using an existing HUAWEI CLOUD account to associate with a partner

a. Click Login for Association.b. On the login page, enter your username and password, and click Log In.

3.2 Disassociating from a PartnerYou can disassociate your account from a partner by submitting a service ticket.

● A partner or the partner's account manager cannot submit a service ticket todisassociate a customer.

● For customers associated with the partner by reseller model, they cannot apply todisassociate from the partner in the following scenarios:● The customer has been associated with an enterprise master account or member

account. Dissociate from the account before disassociating from the partner.● The customer account has overdue payment. Contact the partner to increase the

credit limit to write off the arrears and then apply to disassociate from its partner.● The customer has a valid reserved instance. Unsubscribe from the reserved instance

and then apply to disassociate from the partner.

Procedure

Step 1 Contact the partner to apply to cancel the association.

Step 2 Obtain an email from the partner proving that the partner agrees to cancel theassociation.



The email template is as follows:Sender: Registered email address of the partner. The email address must be the same asthat in Basic Information > Account Information > Email.Recipient: Email address of the customerEmail subject: Approving HUAWEI CLOUD account xxxx to disassociate from partneraccount xxxxEmail body: HUAWEI CLOUD Partner (account XXXX) agrees to cancel the association withthe customer (account: XXXX). As a HUAWEI CLOUD partner, we clearly know the impact ofthe disassociation and bear the possible consequences. We hereby authorize HUAWEICLOUD to cancel the association with the customer (account: XXXX).

Step 3 Use your customer account to log in to HUAWEI CLOUD.

Step 4 Choose Service Tickets > Create Service Ticket.

The Create Service Ticket page is displayed.

Step 5 Choose Partners > Partner Registration and submit the service ticket.

An email screenshot proving that the partner agrees to cancel the association with youmust be provided as an attachment in the service ticket.

Establishing or canceling association between master and member accounts ofenterprises must be initiated by master accounts. After receiving an associationinvitation or cancelation request, a member account can view the permissions thatit has granted or is about to deny the master account in the Permissions sectionon the My Master Account page.

PrerequisitesThe enterprise master account has initiated an invitation or request on theOrganizations and Accounts page to establish or cancel association with themember account.

ProcedureIf you are invited for association as an enterprise member account or requested tocancel the association with an enterprise master account, you can accept or rejectthe invitation or request on the My Master Account page of My Account. Forexample, to accept an invitation for establishing association, perform the followingsteps:

Step 2 Click Accept.

Then, you are associated with the enterprise master account for enterprisemanagement.
