IntroductionThe Glory Global Solutions product configuration tools have been designed to allow users to choose a range of different products in a menu based selection tool. The tool will allow you to choose configurations that are valid for products but also provide warnings if product selections are made for configurations which have not been previously made.

When the configuration tool opens, you will see a similar screen as shown below:

Click on the product you wish to configure for your order. Some of these are grouped together and require you to choose the group before the product (i.e. CI-10, CI-100 and CI-200 are under Cash Infinity). You will now be presented with a log-in screen as shown below.

To login, type in your email address and password.

If you are a first time user please send request for log in to Linda Brown on [email protected]

Navigation

If you are inside a configuration form and wish to go up a level, please click on the home icon.

If you are inside a group or a configuration form and wish to return to the home screen, please click

on the glory logo.

Smart pull-downsThe configuration tool now features smart pull-downs on all products except TCD and Vertera 5G.

These only show the options which are valid based on the selections already made. Anything which is greyed-out is not selectable. This requires the user to complete the fields from top to bottom. If all options are greyed out, check that all the previous fields have been selected and then re-try the pull-down. If a change is made to a selection, all the fields below will reset and have to be re-selected.

When you have completed a configuration and wish to start a new one, press the reset button which will clear all of the fields ready to start again.

Re-ordering an existing configurationThe process detailed below is common across all products with a configuration tool enabled. This covers all products except Cash Star which only has the CS9310 currently available. For the other Cash Star products a selection of existing configurations is available.

Select your country from the Region pull-down.

Click Select button.

You will now be presented with all of the previous configurations for that country when selecting the drop down list entitled Base Unit.

Double click on the configuration required and this will be loaded into the form.

The machine configuration is now loaded into the form. Please add any accessories which may need to be ordered (e.g. additional collection cassettes) or any special instructions into the Other Information box at the bottom of the form.

When this is complete, click on print and the configuration report will be prepared. When the report is ready a message box will appear asking if you wish to Open or Save.

Open the report and check it is complete. Save the report and email to GGS Sales Manager/GGS Sales Support team member together with your purchase order.

RBG-200Once you have logged in, the RBG200 Configuration form opens up as shown below.

You can now either re-order a previously defined configuration or define and order a new configuration.

Ordering a new configuration.Select your country from the Region pull-down. There are a number of pre-defined Base Models under the country Generic. These are Base Models which are already in production and just need the optional items selected to create a machine.

Click Select button.

Click on configuration you require and double-click, this configuration will then be loaded into the form.

Complete the order by choosing one of the options within each pull-down. A Green tick confirms that the selected Base Model combination is already in production. Otherwise a warning flag will be shown as below.

Note: If the message box does not appear, check all of the options have been completed. A red asterisk will be shown for any options not completed.

Open the report and check for warning messages.

The warning shown on the page above is related to the Base Model. This warning shows if the combination has not been produced before. Check if the Base Model No. is filled in. In the example shown on the page above, the Base Model No. is showing. This means the combination is technically possible but has not been produced before, there will be an extended lead time while this Base Model is set up.

When the report is complete with the Base Model No. showing and no INVALID warnings the configuration is ready to order. Save the report and email to GGS Sales Manager/GGS Sales Support team member together with your purchase order. Please also provide a Customer and Description reference. This new configuration will be added to the configuration tool so that if you choose it can be re-ordered easily in future.

Configuration report processing.The configuration report contains 2 areas which require processing.

1: Machine Order Items. This is a list of all the line items which are needed to order a machine, starting with the Base Model No. (RBG-200 etc.) followed by the Optional items.

2: Other Information area. This contains part numbers and quantities of any accessory items which are to be ordered along with the machine. This area also contains any special instructions required. When the report has been processed and an order to the factory raised, the configuration report is sent to factory along with the PO.

Cash Infinity

Once you have logged in to Cash Infinity on the home screen, the CI-10, CI-200 and CI-100 product group appears.

Once you have logged in, the relevant configuration form opens up as shown below. Ordering/re-ordering of all 3 products CI-10, CI-100 and CI-200 follows the same process. Example of CI-10 shown below.

I do not see the configuration form for CS9310 I only get a list of the configurations produced previously. Is this again a setup issue?

Configuration report processing.If there is a Base Unit part number, the order can be placed directly with the Base Unit number.

If this is blank, please forward to Linda Brown or Ana Constantino who will be able to create a new number for this and add it to the tool for re-ordering in future. The order may be on an extended lead time while the factory sets up the new BOM.

In both cases, please forward the report to the factory along with the PO as the special instructions are contained in Other Information.
