Log on to www.youbroadband.in

You can click either on “QUICK PAY” or through “MY ACCOUNT” drop down box

Select “Renew Account” Option

Enter “User ID & Password” displays MY ACCOUNT Page

Select “Renew Online” under Renewal Option displays customer existing plan details

Click on “Proceed” displays Terms & Conditions page

Select “I Agree” & click on “Submit” displays Customer Relationship No & Customer’s City

Select “Plan Type” from the drop down

Unlimited Plans

Dual Speed Plans

Day & Night Plans

Hourly Plan

– Data transfer plans

- Unlimited plans

- Low speed during Day time & increased speed during Night time

- Hourly plans with days validity (whichever is earlier)

Plans Segmentation - Select plan type displays plans falling under this category

o Plan Price

o YOU Save

o YOU Pay

o Free MBs

o Days

o Bandwidth

- Plan name with resources & validity period (in months)

- Prevailing plan price

- Discount applicable in value terms

- Plan payable charges

- Resources allotted against plan selected

- Plan validity (in days)

- Speed of plan selected for renewal

NOTE: All plans have been segregated in a descending order on the following criteria

High to low speed plans / value / discounts

Online Renewal Process

QUICK PAY helps you renew your account ONLINE just by entering Account Number or User_ID even when you do not remember your password.

Page for reconfirmation displayed

o Plan selected for renewal (Plan name & value)

o Payment Option selected for making payment

Displays your account details such as Relationship Number, Account Status, Plan details

- High speed Up to Free resources & reduced speed till validity expiry

Select Payment Option from

o Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking / Cash Cards

Select “Confirm” takes customer to Secure Payment Gateway

Name on the Card - Enter Card Holders name as appearing on the Card

Card Type - Enter Visa / Master card

- Enter Card No as it appears on the card without spaces

Enter Card expiry date (Month / Year) as given on the Card

Enter 3 digit security code printed on the back side of the card

(Asterisks will appear while you enter to ensure online security)

Amount (Rs.) - Selected plan value displayed

Clicking "Submit" would authorize your renewal payment disbursement

Never click “Submit” once again. Even “back” or “refresh” buttons should not be used

Renewal charges receipt is generated on payment transaction being successfully completed. This receipt could besaved & printed for your personal records or could be used for claiming reimbursement from your office.

Error Faced : Network Delay

Reason for Failure : Customer has not completed 2nd level of authentication (3D Secure or OTP)

Error Faced : Authentication failed. Transaction cannot be authorized

Reason for Failure : For credit/debit card transaction 2nd level authentication is mandatory such as 3D secure / OTP. In case customer failed to authenticate the transaction with 3D secure password or OTP received on mobile, given error response is provided by the bank/card gateway.

Error Faced : Payment not authorized

Reason for Failure : For credit/debit card transaction 2nd level authentication is mandatory such as 3D secure / OTP. In case customer failed to authenticate the transaction with 3D secure password or OTP received on mobile, given error response is provided by the bank/card gateway.

Error Faced : Cancelled By User

Reason for Failure : Customer has terminated the transaction before completion.

Error Faced : You are not authorized to do this transaction. Please Login to HDFC Bank Net-banking to reset your Profile using modify Secure Access Profile or Contact HDFC Bank Phone Banking for further details.

Reason for Failure : For making the online payment using HDFC bank net banking, customer needs to register with the bank for 2nd level authentication ie. secure access set up. It is to be done by setting up the secure question and answers. In case customer is not registered, failure response is given by the Bank.

Error Faced : Third Party Funds Transfer facility and Secure Access not enabled. Please contact Phonebanking or visit nearest branch for more details

Reason for Failure : For making third party funds transfer using HDFC bank net banking, Customer needs to register with HDFC bank for third party funds transfer. For making online payment using HDFC bank net banking, customer needs to register with the bank for 2nd level authentication ie. secure access set up needs to be done by setting up the secure question and answers.

SOLUTION:Please follow procedure mentioned above & get yourself registered for Third Party Funds transfer, 3 D Secure Access for conducting Online transactions successfully.

Checking account usage

Log on to www.youbroadband.in

Select “Check account details” under My Account drop down on right hand corner

Enter “User ID & Password”

Under Manage my account select “My Usage”

On giving a date range you can view your usage for the last 3 months.

Checking status of account (Balance Resources / Due date)

Select “Check account details” under My Account drop down on right hand corner

Enter “User ID & Password”

Under Manage my account select “My Balance”

Data displayed would provide status of current resources available in your account

Changing your account password (Through website)

Select “Check account details” under My Account drop downon right hand corner

Enter “User ID & Password”

Under Manage my account select “Change Password”

Enter your “Old Password”

Enter your “New Password”

Reconfirm “New Password”

Click “Submit” & your password would be changed

Resetting Password through SMS

Type SMS Format – PWD <Account No> OR PWD <UserID>Eg 1: PWD 111910 Eg 2: PWD dhaivatshah

SMS to be sent to 9227792200.

Password to be reset

Creating a E-mail ID

Select “Check account details” under My Account drop down on right hand corner

Enter “User ID & Password”

Under Manage my account select “Create E-mail” & follow instructions as

provided on screen

Enter your “desired email id”

Enter your “Password” & Reconfirm “Password”

Enter “Alternate Email ID”

Enter your personal details as requested for

Enter “Hint question” & “Hint answer” (Reqd. for password reset & forwarded toalternate Email ID.)

Click “Submit” & your Email ID would be set up

Updating Contact Details

Select “Check account details” under My Account drop down on right hand corner

Enter “User ID & Password”

Under Manage my account select “Update Contact Details”

Enter “Cell No” & “Email ID”

Click “Submit” & your contact details would be updated in our records

Checking status of advance payment made

Select “Check account details” under My Account drop down on right hand corner

Enter “User ID & Password”

Under Manage my account select “Anticipatory Renewal Queue”

Data displayed providing details of advance payments made & plan renewed

NOTE: Any advance amount paid would be credited to customer account & utilized for renewal on due date. Account renewal would happen only after usage of resources entitled against the existing ongoing plan. This is to reconfirm that none of the existing resources would lapse due to advance payment of renewal charges.

Checking Credit information

Select “Check account details” under My Account drop downon right hand corner

Enter “User ID & Password”

Under Manage my account select “Credit Information”

On giving a date range you can view credits (service

credits / resources) provided to your account.
