It is the intent of the Owner to receive Bids for the sale of the items listed in the bid package. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2019, prevailing time, by the Owner, at the Peoria Park District Administrative Office, 1125 W. Lake Ave., Peoria, Illinois 61614. (The Board Room clock shall be the official time keeping device in respect to the bid submission deadline.) Any bidder may withdraw his bid at any time prior to the scheduled time for the receipt of bids. An electronic file including Bid Documents is available at www.peoriaparks-planning.org at no charge. Bid Documents, may be obtained at the Planning, Design & Construction Department, Bradley Park Equipment Service, 1314 N. Park Road, Peoria, IL 61604. Telephone (309) 686-3386. BIDDER'S PROPOSAL

The bidder fully understands that all items are to be sold "as is" with no warranty either expressed orimplied. The items may be viewed by appointment only during regular business hours (8:00am - 4:00pm)on Thursday, May 2, 2019. Please call (309) 686-3386 or email [email protected] toschedule appointments. No test drives of the vehicles will be given. The items will be soldfor cash or certified check made out to the Peoria Park District. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the Bonnie W. Noble Centerin Lakeview Park, 1125 W. Lake Ave. Peoria, Illinois 61614.

As sealed bids are submitted to the Peoria Park District, sealed bids will be stamped with submission date and time. Sale will be to the highest bid amount for each individual item. In the case of a tie bid, the award will be made to the first sealed bid submitted.

The bidder may submit a bid for one, two, three, or all items. The bidder will be notifiedof award. The bidder will have 14 days from date of award to pay for and claimawarded items. Unless other arrangement are made with the Park District,the items not claimed in 14 days, will be considered unclaimed and sold to the next highest bidder.

Bidder awarded shall sign required paperwork including contract to sell used equipment and/or waiverindemnifying the Peoria Park District.Bidder awarded may be required to provide insurance to remove fixed equipment from Park District property.
