Once having logged in successfully, this is your Main Dashboard Screen. You will find a welcome message on the top-right corner, along with your name and your last-login details. At any point in time, you can always return back to this screen using the home menu option.

The dashboard is also frequently updated to show any important messages that might have been posted for your immediate attention. The date and time of the message posting is also shown. The messages are always shown, latest message first, so that you do not have to read through all previous messages to get to the latest one.

The first thing you might want to do, the first time you log-in is to change your login password. It is strongly recommended that you change your password regularly, say every 72 days or so – just to be on the safe side.It is strongly recommended that you log out once your password has been changed by you.

On choosing the Change Password option, you land on this page, which allows you to change your password. Don’t forget to check out the Rules for guidelines on what a good password should be. An email to this effect is automatically sent out to your email address. You should sign-out before continuing.

Next come the Reports Menu. Based upon what is enabled for your profile, you can access your Pay Slip, your Tax Slip or your Reimbursement Slip which has been generated for you, for any given month. All of these screens are similar in functionality.

For example, let’s take the Pay Slip…

You will now have to select the month and year of the Pay Slip that you wish to view/print.

On clicking the Retrieve button, you are now presented with your Pay Slip for the selected month-year. You can now either take a Print Out of this, or your could download a PDF document containing the same.

(The above shown Pay Slip is just an example of a dummy Pay Slip, and is to be treated as such.)

The same way, you can now view your Tax Slip or your Reimbursement Slip for any given month. As mentioned earlier, all of these report screens have similar functionality, and are available based upon your what has been enabled for you.

Now, if any documents have been made available for you, you will find a menu option to Download Your Documents under the manage profile menu option. NOTE: This menu option will appear only if there are any documents made available for you.

So, in the Download Documents Screen, you will find listed those documents which are commonly made available to all employees and any specific documents that have been made exclusively available to you. You can click on the filename, and the file will get downloaded on to your computer. Alternatively, right-click and choose “Save As”.

Next comes the Investment Information Screens. Once enabled, you will be able to submit your Investment Declarations for the current financial year.

The Investment Declaration Form is to be used to submit your Investment Declarations for the current financial year. As long as this has been made available to you, you can always revisit this Form, and revise your declarations.Don’t forget to check out the Instructions at the top.

As the financial year nears its end, the Investment Proof Submission Form will be enabled for you. You will need to now submit the final values and take a printout , before submitting the same along with the necessary documents.

The Investment Proof Submission Form for the current financial year is to be used for you to be able to declare the actual values claimed. Take out a printout of this form, and submit it along with the necessary documents.Don’t forget to check out the Instructions at the top.

Finally, in case you have any salary related queries that need to be addressed, please click on the Post Query menu option to submit your query, which will subsequently be addressed by one of the processing team members. At any point of time, you can revisit this to see the status and the resolutions to your questions.

A new window pops-up, transferring you to our Query Resolution Processing System.Clicking on the MyQuery Button, you will be able to see a list of all the queries you have raised, indicating the status for each one of them. To post a new Query, click on the Post Query button.

Clicking on the Interaction ID provided for each ticket, you will be shown the complete history of all interactions regarding your query….

As shown above, the complete details of all the interactions, relating to your query are documented. To view the details of each of the interaction, please click on the (+) and (-) links to expand /contract the details. To continue interacting, you can either Add a new Message or click on the Resolve Button to submit the resolution.

To exit the Query Processing System, please click on the logout link provided on the top. And then close the window, to continue working with the ESS Portal.
