e. Site map with elevation contours

See attached sheet "SITE MAP WITH ELEV ATION CONTOURS"

f. Total Acreage

The total area for our site is 2.9758 ac. Not all this acreage will be used; some willbe left intact to preserve trees.

g. Projected Flow stated in Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDU's)

The projected flow will be using 12 EDU's. The sewage flow will be 2880 gpdand the water flow will be 3756 gpd. The calculation sheet will be included in thisreport.

h. Statement of fire flow required

The public water system was designed to provide a minimum fire flow of 2000gallons per minute at 25 psi to the commercial lot shown on this plat.

1. Proposed source of service (point(s) of connection, size of main, slope)

The water line will be connected using the proposed line that will be placed forNRP apartments. We will extend this line from the west side of our property withan 8" main along the right of way. There is a sewer pipe we will connect to that ison the east side of the property. We will add two (2) manholes and six hundred(600) feet of 8" PVC piping for the sewer line. The slope of the sewer pipe will be.4%, similar to the slope that SAWS uses in their pipes.

J. Total linear feet of on-site andlor off-site mains

There will be a total of six hundred (600) feet of 8" sewer piping and two (2)manholes to connect to our site. For our water pipes, 2,089 feet of 12" ductile ironpipe will be needed to complete the water system. Our water line will have to berun all the way from the proposed NRP Apartment's frontage line to around 800feet west of our property on the right of way. This is required by SAWS toprovide water for future developments. Our site will need four (4) fire hydrants tocomply with the SAWS fire code which will be located in each of the four cornersof the building.

San Antonio Water SystemInfrastructure Planning Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) Calculation Sheet

Subdivision NameS'o.Y\. A-.-t-tvn ~ Ch.; IcL ~r~ Ay-i g,Set ...<.M..C-'>- M\JJ~\.NV)~lat 1.0.# --------The estimated Average Sewer Flows or Equivalent Dwelling Units that are shown on the SAWS Infrastructure Planning Application for SubdivisionPlat Reviewhas been calculated by one of the following methods:L---ECi';~lent Dwelling Units (EDU) calculation sheet. .

__ Engineering Study using actual consumption data from similar facilities based on twelve month data also submitted for review.__ Calculate estimated sewer discharge utilizing accepted SAWS referenced material.__ Unknown land use will be calculated at four (4) EDU's per acre.

SAWS has established recommended .guidelines to be employed for future discharge calculations which are shown next to the referenced facility. Thenumbers shown, for each type of development, are based on flow rate table measurements from TNRCC requlatlons, ASCE Manuals on EngineeringPractice, EPA Technology Transfer Manuals, Uniform Plumbing Code fixture unit count and other Wastewater Engineering texts. All applicants will usethese guidelines to calculate average daily flows or EDU's.

SAWS will accept sewage flow calculations for any proposed development which is derived through an engineering sludy of actual measured sewerflows for similar facilities in lieu of Ihe above criteria to determine the total estimatec average daily flow or EDU's for the proposed development. If thisdata is not provided or new calculalions are not submitted wilh initial plat package, Ihe undersigned will allow SAWS to calculate Ihe estimated averagedaily flows or EDU's at four EDU's per acre. The undersigned will then also accepl SAWS these EDU calculations as final.

Types of Development: Identify i!l! types of development that will be part of the proposed project and complete the related information listedfor each to calculate as Estimated Average Daily Flow (EADF) or Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDU's). Note: One (1) EDU equals 240 gallons perday as average sewage flow and 313 gallons per day for average water flow. (Circle type of units used - EADF or EDU's)
