DYNAMIC THERAPY

With a wide range of electrodes, all active techniques are compatible with the resistive mode. We can effectively soften the fibrotic tissue of the iliotibial band by stretching, picking, MTP. The patient can also perform all the gym based recovery exercises at the same time.

In this setting, the electrodes are fixed and the therapist has nothing in his hands for more treatment freedom. The electrodes support the therapist to enhance his manual action.

AUTONOMOUS TREATMENT

WINBACK is expanding electrode usage on the patient. With the WINBACK 2.0, it is now possible to apply two fixed electrodes to the patient, one of which replaces the return plate. These electrodes then emit energy alternately. When one emits, the other receives. This new feature enables transmission of homogeneous energy.

Autonomous treatment in 10/15 min. With its low pulse functions and dynamic adaptation of frequencies, Winback offers autonomous application to relieve patients of all tension.

MIX3 (TRIPOLAR), FOR SUPERFICIAL TREATMENTS(BODY & FOCUS)

MIX3 offers a hand electrode with 3 dynamic poles that switch alternately between emitting and receiving current. Two of the 3 poles are active simultaneously. There are two sizes of MIX3: Body and Focus, depending on the size of the treatment area or how delicate the skin is. MIX3 is dedicated to the superficial layers of tissue. MIX3 works with a unique frequency of 1 MHz and is particularly suitable for very superficial stimulation.

WINBACK 4.0 by Winback is based on MIX high frequency technology, where the two electrodes in contact with the patient are combined into only 1. MIX offers a concentrated and superficial energy that stimulates an immediate reaction in the tissue.

RET CHOC MODE (OPTIONAL) 6.0

Winback 6.0 is new accessory meant to be used in RET + mode thanks to a specific Fractal gun. Its main effect is an intensive hyperthermia associated with a deep electrical impulse in order to release chronic tensions in a few minutes. The 6.0 ,once plugged on the monopolar RET input (blue connector), acts like a shockwave through a static application. The combination of Tecar specific frequency and RET + mode with a modulated signal (BEAT) offers targeted, effective and long-lasting analgesic action.

1 THERMAL ELECTRODE + 1 FIXED ELECTRODE

ENERGY’S FRACTALIZATION

Winback 6.0 provide a fractional High Frequency current which, thanks to the power of the current RET+, acts on deep tissues.

The Fractal is effective and painless treatment. HOW TO USE. To maintain comfortable, pa in- f ree use , i t i s recommended to use Winback 6.0 with the mobi le return p late (Winback 3.0) in order to control the distance between the electrodes. The application on trigger points makes it possible to obtain an important gain on articular amplitude level. The application on painful points or on nervous emerging point of radiating pain has an important local analgesic action.

In contrast, near the bone surfaces, the thermal effect will be much faster. It will therefore be necessary to take the precaution of lowering the intensity and reducing the application time.

Contraindications: Because of the hyperthermia generated, the Winback 6.0 mode is not suitable for acute and inflammatory pathologies. usual contraindications specific to tecartherapy

treatment.

HOW TO OPTIMIZE THE EFFECTSOF FASCIAL TREATMENT?

The combination of a IASTM tool with the our Winabck tecartherapy is an ideal solution for fascia treatment with a high efficiency. This combination makes it possible to accelerate the rise in temperature and thus the synthesis of collagen.

Moreover, the vascularisant effect is more important because it is deeper. On one hand, the use of the IASTM fascia tool allows to obtain a mechanical effect that is not possible with the use of the electrodes.

On the other hand, the simultaneous combination of IASTM and Winback Energy offers considerable time savings for the therapist.

Thanks to the properties of the TECAR current, the use of IASTM is less painful for the patient. The therapist has less need to force because the tissues loosen up more quickly. Finally, the therapist does not feel in his hands any sensation of heat or electricity.

INDICATIONSAnalgesic and anti-inflammatory, break the vicious circle of painful inflammation / stiffness, free up the range of motion, fibrinolytic action, reduction of oedema, drainage of haematic effusion, improvement of the healing process.

RHEUMATOLOGYOsteoarthritic conditions: pain relief, deep drainage of oedema, free up range of motion. Chronic tendinopathy, epicondylalgia, neck pain, acute and chronic low back pain, capsulitis, joint stiffness.

PAINThe rapid elimination of pain is crucial for more effective rehabilitation. The therapist can then start treatment with a faster and deeper action. The analgesic effect lasts for up to 48 hours.

TRAUMATOLOGYWINBACK SPORT responds to emergency treatment for acute musculoskeletal injuries. WINBACK energy combined with immediate treatment reduces the extent of the trauma and provides a quick, efficient return to physical activity. Trauma causes contusions and is treated immediately to restructure the damaged tissue and stop the inflammatory process. Preoperatively, effusions and oedema are reduced - thus facilitating surgery. Postoperatively, therapeutic complications are reduced.

INDICATIONSSprains, muscle tears, fractures, pre-and post-operatively on ligamentoplasties, prostheses and osteosynthesis. Acute post-traumatic (J1-J3 use exclusively non-thermal): analgesic and anti-inflammatory, anti-oedematous. Chronic or sequelae post-traumatic: fibrinolytic action.

RECOVERYAfter a competition, a deep tissue massage with WINBACK energy effectively relaxes the muscles that have been strained by intense effort. These stimulating and relaxing movements restore the biomechanical structure more quickly while improving muscle tone. Muscle spasm, stiffness, new and old muscle injuries: sprains, tears, strains, muscular contusions.

PREVENTIONThe sport physiotherapist’s task is to identify weaknesses in the patient’s biomechanical functions. He combines strengthening and rehabilitation in an injury prevention programme. He then corrects posture to prevent poor movement triggering a weakness.
