Setup: Install software

Go to my.pogoplug.com/activate and click “Next.” Follow the instructions in the installer to install and configure Pogoplug software.

Setup: Download mobile app

Go to your app store or marketplace to download the free Pogoplug app. The Pogoplug app is available for iPhone®, iPad® and Android™.

How to: Add files

Choose Import to transfer a video, song, photo or file to Pogoplug Series 4.

Go to my.pogoplug.com and log in using your secure username and password.

With OneView™ see all your media by file type in Gallery, Cinema and Jukebox.

How to: Share files

To share a file or folder click the share button or select Share from the drop down menu next to each file.

Choose More Sharing Options from the sharing pop-up screen to create a public link or share through social networking sites.

How to: Stream to your TV

Pogoplug will appear as a media server on your game console or media player.

To stream to your television using XBox 360®, Playstation® 3 or a media player first make sure this setting is enabled in Media Settings on my.pogoplug.com.

How to: Listen to music

Go to Jukebox on the Pogoplug app to stream your music.

How to: View photos

Select Gallery in the Pogoplug app to browse and view photos by date.

How to: Watch video

In the Pogoplug app, select Cinema, browse to the movie you want to play and click Watch.

How to: Backup your media

The app will automatically import newly taken photos and videos to your Pogo-plug whenever you are on Wi-Fi. To change your preferences go to Settings.

Browse to the file you would like to share and click the sharing icon.

Cloud Engines, Inc. (“Cloud Engines”) warrants hardware products (including any accessories) sold exclusively under Cloud Engines trademarks and brands by Cloud Engines or an authorized reseller or distributor (“Product(s)”) against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

PARTSSubject to the exceptions stated below, Cloud Engines will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for defective parts for a period of 12 months following the date of initial end user purchase of the Product.

LABORSubject to the exceptions stated below, for a period of 12 months following the date of initial end user purchase of the Product, Cloud Engines will repair or replace, at its option, any Product that is defective. All repairs will be performed by a Cloud Engines authorized service facility.

TERMSTo obtain warranty service, the Product must be personally delivered, or delivered freight prepaid (in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection) to any authorized Cloud Engines service facility, and must include proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt that evidences that the Product is within the 12-month warranty period. The Product (or any part thereof) will be deemed defective under this warranty only if it fails to perform in substantial accordance with Cloud Engine’s written documentation accompanying the Product.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commer-cial use, or modification of or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover any Product for which the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed or any Product damaged due to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by

any Product for which the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed or any Product damaged due to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Cloud Engines to service the Product. This warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation, set up adjustments, or signal reception problems. This warranty does not cover products that are expressly sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables (such as fuses). This warranty runs solely to the benefit of the initial end user purchaser of the Product.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER AND/OR END USER. CLOUD ENGINES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUD-ING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA OR CONTENT OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION) CAUSED BY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WAR-RANTY ON THE PRODUCT OR BY ANY OTHER CAUSE RELATING TO THE PRODUCT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, CLOUD ENGINES MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLOUD ENGINES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequen-tial damages, or allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all end users. This warranty gives certain end users of the Product specific legal rights, and end users may have other rights under applicable law, which varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
