How to Measure Chaps All Youth & Adult Rodeo Chaps require three primary measurements: 1) WAIST - Measure around the portion of the waist that you desire for your new chaps to ride. Some like them a bit lower, some higher. A general rule of thumb is around the base of the the belt loops. All chaps will have adjustable back belts and front strap adjustment to allow for changes. 2) UPPER THIGH - Measure around the largest portion of your upper thigh. All chaps do come standard with three adjustable leg straps for further adjustment. 3) OUTSEAM - By far the most important and most common mistake made. Do not guess. Do not provide blue jean measurements. We require you to provide us with the true outseam measurement as shown above. Even if you are giving the chaps as a gift, it is better to be safe than sorry. Use a cloth tape measure and go from the top of the waist down the OUTSIDE of the leg to the floor with boots on. The measurement you provide for the outseam will include fringe. *Certain Kids & Youth Chaps are only available in set outseams as indicated in each product listing. Be sure to reference the image on the left to be sure they will fit correctly.

We do stock some Youth and Kids size chaps in various colors, however all adult chaps are special order items to the customers colors and measurements.

How to Measure Bull Riding GlovesIt is normal to expect slight size and color variations between each glove produced. This is due to the natural changes in the tanning process used to prepare the leather. Additionally, gloves are hand made so the seams may vary from one glove to the next.

As a general reference we recommend using a cloth tape measure at the red line shown to the left and wrap around your hand to obtain a true measurement.

For those having trouble finding a comfortable fitting glove, we also custom make special order gloves using a trace of your hand. This will accommodate longer fingers or larger sizes. Additional fee’s apply. For additional information, please contact us by phone.

Fitting Instructions:This vest requires measurements of the chest ,waist and spine. Remember, the vest is designed to be adjustable at the shoulder as well as the chest and waist. Growing childern should select the size in which they fall into the lower side of the measurement range. This will allow room for growth.

Reference the size chart to select the most appropiate size for your measurements.

Chest - Measure at the widest point, to a snug fit. See diagram A.

Waist - Measure at the natural waist. See diagram A.

Spine - Measure from the small bump at the back of the neck down to just below the waist. This measurement is best achieved while seated in a chair or sadle. See diagram C. Due to the adjustability of the shoulders, the vest can be shortened or lengthened. A size range rather than one single spine measurement represents this. See diagram B.

Some custom sizes are available at an additional cost. Please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Return PoliciesUS Rodeo Supply Company, LLC and itʼs affiliate companies make every effort to satisfy our customer’s needs. If, however problems arise that require a return of merchandise, the following procedures will be implemented.

All merchandise MUST be given a return authorization number which is to be written on the outside of each package. All others will be refused. All claims or returns must be made within 10 DAYS of receipt of shipment.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of invoice.

Any merchandise returned for reasons other than those stated under the return authorization number will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

A copy of the invoice MUST accompany the returned merchandise.

Freight charges for returned merchandise must be prepaid.

BackordersFrom time to time inventory levels fall below demand, which requires that certain items be put on backorder. A partial shipment of items in stock will be made to satisfy the requirements of each customer. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If the out of stock items are not shipped within 30 days of the original invoice date, the customer will be notified before shipping.
