EXERCISE CLASS Our exercise class which is led by Sue King has not met for most of November and December. The class will be resuming on Monday Janu-ary the 15th. From there, it will resume its normal sched-ule of meeting at 8:30 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fri-days.

COFFEE FELLOWSHIP

Come and join us for fel-lowship and coffee before church each Sunday. Coffee is ready by 8:15 am. Come and socialize before church begins.

Children’s Church Christmas Challenge While the adults are always encouraged to give to help a world in need, Pastor John has issued a challenge to the kids who attend our Sunday morning Children’s Church. From Nov. 26th—Jan. 6th, the kids are encouraged to collect mon-ey to be raised to purchase animals or other items families might need around the world. The funds the kids raise will go to Samaritan’s Purse. To encourage their giving, Pastor John has stated that for eve-ry $20 collected an additional snowball by each kid can be thrown at him following worship on a day we have snow after Jan.13th. So, if the kids raise $86. Each of the kids present will get to throw 4 snowballs at the pastor.

Our Deepest Sympathies Our hearts grieve along side the families and friends of:

Bob Windt, Grace Poel, Christian Moyer, Dale Humphrey, & Ron Lohman

The January/February edi-tion of the Upper Room is now availa-ble at the back of the sanctuary. Please feel free to grab one.

Our Annual Business meeting will be on Sunday January 21st. After worship, a potluck lunch will be provided. When the meal is done, the Annual Business Meeting will com-mence. All members are encouraged to attend.

With the Annual Meeting coming up we’re asking for all committees and boards to submit their Annual Reports to the church office by 5 PM Monday January 8th.

The Sunshine Sen-iors are once again meeting. They will begin on January 9th and meet every Tues-day from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our 2018 sign-Up Sheets at

back of church. We have sign up sheets at the back of the church for serving at East Mo-

line and preparing Birthdays and Anni-versaries. Please sign up today.

Even though Christmas is past, winter is still so we are still collecting hats, mittens, socks, and such on our mitten tree and sock box throughout the winter. Please consider how you can give.

Our Ash Wednesday Service will be held on Wednesday Feb. 14th, Valentine's Day, at 6:30

PM.
