II. Summary and Announcements
FROM THE USNC: Review your CRD profile and ensure you are listed in the correct Domain/Chapter. Please check the MES site and confirm your Membership Class is correctly listed there if you have received a National level Prestige audit. Any errors please contact me. Don’t forget the Standards have been released all primary officers are required to take them all, though everyone is encouraged to take them. Take all 10, 5 question Standards and earn 100G prestige for learning about our club. So sayeth, Darth Hackett, Son of the Do'urden House, Holder of the Sacred Chalice of Prestige, Heir to the Holy Rings of Mordor.
ANC Admin: Please contact me with any errors, omissions, etc. in the report by email: [email protected] Please note, if you do not have your report to us by the 25th, your prestige will not be awarded in that month if it is recommended to National. (This typically includes the NST report). However, we do backdate those awards as time (my time) allows or on the next months upload. ***Coordinators Please remember that the ST staff can not award prestige. They make the recommendations to the Coordinator side to include on the coordinator report. Not including your (v/d/r)ST’s prestige on your report (or a note that they did not report) means your report is incomplete*** I have been traveling quite a bit for the past few months. If you do not hear back from me/this office within a couple of days, please bump the thread for my attention. I am literally subbed to just about EVERY OOC list, your email was likely buried and/or I’ve lost it. You will always get a confirmation from me that I have received something that needs my attention. If you have any prestige recommendations you believe to be missing from the website, please send me an email listing with the following template filled in (for ease of transferring data).
First Name Last Name Camarilla Number Category Description Date Amt
John Smith US200xxxx SS Donating $150 to regional charity YYYYMMDD 30R
Regional Coordinators: If you have COI or other special prestige recommendations please continue to include these in your ‘recommendations to national’ section of your report.

ANC Chapters: 1. Referendum (Updated): The US National Coordinator staff is currently reviewing Chapters as an
Organization Unit. Organizational Units that were once Chapters will transition to Domains. Those Chapters in the Review and Approval Process shall move to Probationary Domains (pD), to include Probationary Domain Coordinators (pDC) and Probationary Domain Storytellers (pDST). Chapters that were once Chapters do not necessarily need to become a Domain, but rather, they may choose to fold into their current Domain.
Update: June 2015 – The USNC and I are in the process of reviewing our current listing of Chapters to identify those that are affected by the referendum. This should be completed by the August 2015 Report. Please contact me or the USNC for additional information and assistance. Update and Review for the July 2015 Report. Following is the list of current Chapters:

2. Chapter/Domain Application Processing: I have submitted a revised Chapter/Domain
Application form for review by the USNC that includes a review/signoff for Regional Level Officers. The purpose of this revision is so that the requested and or potential boundaries of the newly formed domains/chapters have been fully reviewed by Regional, Domain and Local Level Officers. Confusion and conflict can occur when the domain/chapter is not fully reviewed by AllLevel Officers. As noted in prior reports, I am continuing to review past archived records and emails to make sure no one is missed. Please contact this office again if you have been missed in all the reporting.
5
Update: June 2015 – See Below (II. Current Projects) for specific updates. The review process is ongoing and will continue in earnest to insure things are running smoothly. I will continue to review past documentation to insure nothing has been missed so that we are caught up by the end of the August 2015 ReportOut. Update and Review for the July 2015 Report.
3. Chapter/Domain Reports Archiving: I have archived the April 2015, May 2015, and June 2015
Reports. I am continuing to review past archived records and emails for missed reporting. I am also attempting to contact Regional Coordinators for updates regarding the status of Black and Red Status Chapters/Domains, this includes those operating units have not yet reached Red Status, but are still not reporting. I will review past documentation to insure nothing has been missed so that we are caught up by the end of the August 2015 ReportOut. Update and Review for the July 2015 Report.
Update: June 2015 – As noted in the previous reports, the goal is to complete archiving reports by the August 2015 Report. This includes verification of Black and Red Status Chapters/Domains. I will review past documentation to insure nothing has been missed so that we are caught up by the end of the August 2015 ReportOut. Please continue to submit pastdue/late reports so that we can continue to maintain consistent records. Update and Review for the July 2015 Report.
4. Verification of National Coordinator Recognition Awards: I have listed below approved
Coordinator Recognition awards based on recommendations from the RC reports that have been most recently received. (See below for more details).
Update: June 2015 – As noted in the January 2015 Report under Problems & Question, there is no easy means of determining the accuracy of 6 month reporting. For reference, when I review Reports, I will track the positions as best as I can so that Prestige Recommendations are as timely as possible. I am open to suggestion. Update and Review for July 2015 Report.
5. Answering questions in regards to Chapters and Domains: No additional outstanding
questions at this time, but I will field responses and forward for additional focus and review. Update: June 2015 – Will continue to review past issues, questions and concerns from previous months. Update and Review for July 2015 Report.

outstanding issues prior to January 15, 2015 (01/15/15).

NOTE TO THE REGIONAL COORDINATORS:
Awarding Regional Coordinator Prestige: Please remember that you cannot award yourself regional prestige. Instead, include any recommendations for yourself to me in the “Recommendations to National” section of your monthly status report.
14
Awarding Prestige for Spouses or Significant Others: In addition, any prestige awards that would be for your significant other or spouse should also be listed in the “Recommendations to National” section of your report. This will help ensure that no one questions your awards.
Process Note for Pushing Member Class Reviews to National: Member Class (MC) reviews for awards of 12 through 14 must be approved by the National Coordinators office. In order to accomplish this Regional Coordinators and their Assistants (ARC Prestige) who review MC logs are invited to join the National MC Review list. Only two members may be subscribed from any one region. Once subscribed, the RC or designated ARC Prestige can attach approved membership logs from the regional level for National level review. Sending regionally- approved prestige logs directly to the ANC Prestige email account will result in delayed processing. This email account is for questions, and special issues.
