3. Inerts listed in revised formulations "A" (basic, all grits fOl"lllulation) and "B" (alternate, gypsum formulation) are cleared under 40 CFR 180.1001, para (c) or para (d) and are therefore acceptable.

4. Confidential statements of formula A and B are acceptable and this information has been added to our files for this product. It is our understanding that these two are the only for~ulations that are actively being sold, and that you wish to retain these and drop all other formulations currently on our files.
