IBS – Integrated Booking System - Booking, Documentation, Carrier payment and

cargo tracking for the movement of DoD ocean cargo through water ports.

IBS CMM – Used to track in-bound and out-bound movement of containers within a

Theater so as to ensure carrier owned and leased containers are returned on a timely basis

and detention costs are minimized

GFM - Global Freight Management (GFM) System - Provides DoD TOs with the

ability to automatically and electronically procure commercial freight transportation

services and provide real-time data feeds.

ICODES – Integrated Computerized Deployment System - ICODES is the DOD

mission-critical, decision-support application designed to support contingency

planning, surge deployment, redeployment and sustainment operations.

WPS – World Wide Port System - Common User cargo and force deployments

tool providing cargo management, documentation, and accountability to water port

Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES) is a load-planning software system for all conveyances (Ship, Rail, Air, & Truck),yards, and warehouses, with intelligent agents that increase the speed,accuracy, and quality of load-planning operations.

ICODES has been developed using Knowledge Management

Enterprise Services (KMES), a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

that is focused on the exchange of data within a particular applicationdomain. By utilizing a service-oriented architecture (SOA) and

ontology-based agent framework, ICODES functionality can be easily

extended.
