The guard door switchboard station must beconfigured for TYPE 1.The entrance module may be programmed forUNRESTRICTED DOOR LOCK RELEASE (step 5= 0) of for DOOR LOCK RELEASE PROTECTEDBY PRIVACY FEATURE (step 5 = 1).

NOTE: Two power supply units are required. Oneunit supplies one entrance module and a maximumof 20 decoders. Additional power supply units mustbe installed if further decoders are needed. In thiscase, power supply unit conductors + 24 mustUNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be connectedtogether: each must supply a separate group offour-port decoders (up to 30).

The guard door switchboard station must besupplied by means of the other power supply unit.

NOTE: In Day service, the guard door switchboardstation intercepts all calls from the entrance module. To disable call interception, connect terminal + 24from the entrance module to switchboard stationterminal +24N instead of power supply unit terminal+24. Under these conditions, the entrance moduleis fully disabled (entrance door open at all times). The switchboard station can also be programmedfor direct communication between entrance moduleand apartment stations: in this case, all calls fromentrance modules will be sent directly to apartmentstations in both Day and Night service.
