• Despite multiple check-in apps such as Foursquare, Yelp, Instagram,
and Facebook, it is almost impossible to know with any certainty
what’s going on in your area.
• This fact is true because people simply do not bother to check-in to
where they are (i.e. Foursquare averages 1 check-in per user per
week).
• Accurate and automatic check-ins are the “holy grail” of
crowdsourcing.
• This data will be the most relevant local search engine on the planet,
and will show in real-time not only where everyone is at now, but
will also predict where the hotspots would be in the future!
• Urhotspot consists of FOUR essential parts:
1) Apple iOS mobile app
2) Android OS mobile app
3) Desktop and mobile optimized web site
4) Security above all: No personal info harvested, with almost NO
risk of a hack attack compromising any user (ie. the recent
Ashley Madison and iCloud data breaches)
This is all running our proprietary auto check-in technology,
synchronized and linked together with our cloud based server.

pictures, videos, and text about
virtually anything as part of the
social network within the app.
• We have minimized barrier to
posting to as low as 3 clicks to
anonymously post a single pic!
– Instagram takes 5 clicks minimum
– Facebook takes 4 clicks minimum

• Users can see (in map screen) all
other users around them and how
many people are checked in at
each venue including M/F ratio.
• We will have a hotlist where you
can see the hottest venues listed
from top down.
• Eventually (once we accrue more
data) we will add a hotspot
predictor to predict which places
will be hot in the future!
• What makes urhotspot different from our competitors:
– Anonymous: No usernames, no profiles, no emails. People can
freely express themselves.
– Automatic. Our check-ins work without ANY user interaction.
– No bullying. Users can delete or turn off comments on their own
posts, report inappropriate content or comments, and there is
active feed moderation.
– Safe. Because we are anonymous, users feel comfortable. The
best way to prevent data breach of sensitive information is to
never collect it in the first place!
• Urhotspot will have two primary revenue streams:
– Advertising: Selling premier listings, ads on the map, custom
business icons, featured posts, banner advertising, and utilization
of internet advertising networks.
– Big Data: Creation of a business enterprise site where
subscribers can search our entire check-in database.
• The current market opportunity is about $200 annual revenue per
user, translating to $10 to 20 billion based upon comparable social
networks.
• The current check-in database opportunity is $0.128 per check-in
and growing as more users go mobile.
• Competitors include:
– Foursquare. Average user checks-in 1 time/week. Urhotspot’s
automatic check-ins are >30 times better than that already!
– Swarm. Is ranked #138 in Social Networking, and it’s losing users
(lack of privacy). Urhotspot is anonymous making users
comfortable being auto checked-in.
– YouTube. Does not provide location or real-time data on venues.
Urhotspot is similar to YouTube regarding video posting, but
better in that we also allow anonymous photo and text posting.
– Facebook. Being anonymous goes entirely against their business
model.

– SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Google Adwords
– Targeted social media advertising

– A competitive mobile platform called Alohar Mobile that has similar
check-in technology but its’ database is not cross platform between
web, android, and IOS, was purchased by AMAP (Autonavi, an Ali Baba
