Subject: Meeting Rescheduled- One day meeting on DBTI e-FMS earlier scheduled on 30th

July, 2013 has now been rescheduled and will be held on 31st July, 2013 at 10:00AM in Hall No. 4, Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.

Kindly refer to the letter No. K-11011/2/2008-NREGA (Mon)/TS-[FTS-28136] dated 1th

July, 2013 vide which it was informed that a meeting of all concerned officials (MGNREGA &

lAY) has been convened on so" July, 2013 (10:00AM) in Hall number 4, Vigyan Bhavan, New

Delhi.

2. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the meeting has been rescheduled and will now

be held on 31st July, 2013 at 10:00 AM in Hall No. 4, Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. The agenda

for the meeting is enclosed.

3. The meeting will be chaired by Secretary. Ministry of Rural Development. Apart fromPrincipal Secretaries/Secretaries In-charge of these 2 programmes in the State, concerned NICofficial who are engaged directly with IT applications relating to these 2 programmes are alsorequested to attend. In the case of MGNREGA, the MIS nodal officer/official responsible forimplementation of e-FMS should also attend.
