• Urban Speciality Business started getting focus in mid 1980s in India.

• Different companies use different nomenclatures to represent this line of

business.

• Aldrin was the first molecule to be launched in the segment for Termite Control

followed by Heptachlor, Chlorodyne and Lindane.

• Chlorpyrifos discovered by Dow Chemical Company started gaining

momentum in the late 1990s under the brand name of Dursban TC.

• Bifenthrin was discovered by FMC Corporation and launched in India in mid

2006 followed by Bayer’s Imidachloprid under the brand name of Premise.

• These three molecules dominate the Domestic Household Termite Control

Business segment for now.

Jan 2016 : Official incorporation of Tamron Astra registered under ROC

Apr 2016 : - HRPL Plant at Bathinda started commercial production - Signed commercial agreements with KIWI, and Paramount - Initiated C&Fs, VAT registrations, Selling Permissions in all key states

May 2016 : - Corporate Office Set-up at Bangalore, India - Commercial sale in select states of Pesticides, PGRs and Seeds - Obtained Import Export Certificate

June 2016 : - Senior Management Team on board and Executive Committee formed - Commercial sale extended to West, East and Southern states - Launched Urban Specialty Business in PAN India - Web Portal along with Shaheen Elite Distributor Club officially launched - Signed commercial agreement with USPCL for packing Micro-nutrients sourced through Aggis International, UK

July 2016 : - Commercial sales extended to PAN India barring AP, Telangana, Kerala & TN - Appointed 200+ Distributors - Recruited all Zonal Managers including AP, Telangana, Kerala & Tamilnadu - Hired 60+ TM’s / ASM’s - Launched Tambro, our first micro-nutrient sourced from Aggis International, UK in select states

Aug 2016 :- Launched 40+ products consisting of Insecticides, Fungicides, Urban Specialty Products, PGRs, Biologicals, Mychorrhiza and vegetable seeds (chillies, Tomatoes, Peas, Sponge Gourd, Bottle Gourd and Coriander).

- Expected launch of Tamron NORUS (NPK 20-20-20+TE) our flagship brand from Astrachem, SA by end Aug and Tamron FARMER (Calcium Nitrate) by mid-Sep ’16

- Commercial operations to start in AP, Telangana, Kerala and Tamilnadu

• This molecule has been banned in most of the developed countries

• India Consumes up to 68% and the percentage keeps growing YOY
