Ms. Nichols has been the Economic Development Director for the City of Cleveland since February 2008 and is responsible for financial incentives, business attraction, and for helping businesses navigate City Hall for all their needs. She is a certified Economic Development Professional from the National Development Council and is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University. Nichols’ particular expertise is in forming unique funding mechanisms for projects, including former brownfields. The Urban Retail Solutions Conference was on June 20, 2013 at the Ariel International Center located at 1163 East 40th Street, Cleveland, OH.

We lost $1.3 billion in retail purchases to the suburbs prior to Steelyards. Steelyards helps us attract & retain residents and creates jobs.
