Post Office Cafe 15 15 Urban Grove & Shelter • A simple grove of deciduous and indigenous shade trees in large planng pods, defining an uncluered central space and café seang areas at the edges. • All planng pods with seang and possible perforated edges to collect rainwater run-off. • Mature feature trees mark the northern and southern entries into the plaza • New paving throughout in one alignment throughout the plaza to visually unify the ground plane • A large shelter defines the southern edge of the plaza, provides shaded seang in summer while allowing sun penetraon in winter and provides a possible venue for performances • Lighting upgrade.
