UNIFIED SIM CARDS

Unified SIM cards are of 2 types viz. Unpaired & Bundled U-SIM cards

Based on the storage capacity, 2 types of U-SIM cards available, viz. 32 K & 128K respectivelyCost of 32K SIM card is Rs.20/ & that for 128K is Rs.59/ Unpaired SIM do not have any base plan as their own, hence the Plan voucher should be loaded to the activated U-SIM as per the choice of Tariff plan of the customer

UNIFIED SIM CARDS

Entry in Sancharsoft is compulsory for SIM activation After completing Sancharsoft entry, incoming facility will be activated first by putting the SIM card in the handset, dial .. (some times switch OFF and switch ON is also required for activating incoming facility)

After getting welcome to BSNL display in handset, required Plan voucher based on the tariff plan should be loaded to unpaired U-SIM within 7 days for activation of O/G facilityNo need of loading Plan voucher in bundled U-SIM card

PLAN VOUCHER (PV)

Plan voucher is used to enroll a new customer into a Tariff plan Used by the customer for migration from one plan to another

It is also used for extending the Validity period of prepaid connections, except for Per second, Per minute & General Plan. Use of plan voucher is permitted through C-Top-up / SMS Note: Existing Customers with validity obtained through Top-ups already done, can continue in the same plan till their validity period is completed. They need to do plan voucher only after completion of their existing validity period.

PLAN VOUCHER (PV)Note: Periodicity for Plan voucher use is limited in the following manner > minimum 30 days for 180 days validity PV > minimum 10 days for 90 days validity PV > minimum 3 days for 30 days validity PV If an existing customer with longer validity uses any of the plan voucher for migration from existing plan to another, the present validity will be retrained

If an existing customer with validity less than that of the plan voucher used, then the validity period will be the applicable validity of Plan Voucher used, effective from the date of recharge.

PLAN CONTINUATION VOUCHER (CV)(Activation through C-Top-up/SMS)

Plan continuation voucher is only for extending the validity period of existing Per Second, Per Minute & General plan customers
