Valmont has requested the following revisions to their currently approved shop drawings dated 25-Janurary-2014 (Revision G): Updated luminaire arm details to cover up to 25’ length arms Added upper hand hole detail behind mast arm Added dampener detail, sign blank with mounting bracket Revised pole and mast arm schedule 51’-60’ arm details to 51’-55’ and 56’-60’ Added notes and details regarding UT testing for inspection Michael Baker finds that the shop drawings conform to the following requirements: PennDOT Publication 148 - Traffic Standards – Signals, dated December, 2011 PennDOT Publication 149 - Traffic Signal Design Handbook, dated May, 2013 PennDOT Publication 408/2011 - Highway Specifications, dated October, 2015 Accordingly, we recommend listing Valmont as an approved fabricator in Section 1104.02(a) of PennDOT Publication 35 - Approved Construction Materials (Bulletin 15) for the mast arms, strain poles, and pedestal poles in the attached shop drawings. Publication 35 - Approved Construction Materials (Bulletin 15) for the mast arms, strain poles, and

pedestal poles in the attached shop drawings.
