  • 7. Google Chat Chat client or through your web browser Each user account has chat enabled Works on mobile phones
  • 8. Google Drive Formerly Google Docs Works like MS Word or Open Office Shared documents and document editing and creating
  • 9. Google Spreadsheets Works just like MS Excel or Open Office Shared spreadsheet allows multiple users at once to edit and view
