Anti-loosening Downpipe Bolts for Focus ST2.5 &RS 2.5
The Focus ST 2.5 & Focus RS 2.5 have great engines but they also have an inherent problem...the bolt that connects the original downpipe to the turbo is prone to working loose and breaking.
Due to the limited access, repair and replacement of these parts is very labour intensive andexpensive, so Burton Power have come up with a preventative measure that will avoid theproblem in the first place.
They can supply a kit of Anti-loosening Mounting Bolts that have a locating washer that butts upagainst the downpipe, preventing the bolts from loosening. The kit consists of 3 high tensile bolts,the special locating washers, circlips and ring washers.
The kit can be ordered as part number 5D650, and at £39.95 inc VAT it is considerably cheaperthan the cost of repairing damage after it has occurred!

There is a problem with thestarters fitted to the earliermodel Mazda RX-8.
They spin the engine tooslowly which leads to floodingand starting problems.

GAZ CoiloverSuspension for BMW
E21 - now with HelperSprings
Leading suspension specialists GAZ willnow be offering their coilover suspensionwith helper springs as an option. The firstapplication to include Helper Springs is forthe BMW E21 classic 3 series - althoughall GAZ coilover kits will be available withoptional helper springs shortly.
Helper springs keep the main suspensionsprings under tension when the car isjacked up and prevents the main springfrom becoming unseated. The helperspring option is most useful for race ortrack day cars where the vehicle is jackedup and tyres are changed frequently -although it is possible for the suspensionspring to unseat even from one jacking(eg. for the annual MOT) and as such it isworth considering even on street vehicle.
Naturally this E21 suspension includes allthe established GAZ features like rideheight adjustability from -25mm to-55mm.
The adjusters have a coarse acme form thread for ease of adjustment and the units are zincplated to ensure they remain in good order even after considerable service.

Milltek Sport have just released a full dual-70mm / 2.75-inch stainless steel performance exhaustsystem for the Bentley Continental GT and GTC (2003 to 2010).
The new performance exhaust system is made from the finest quality 14-16 gauge T304stainless steel and features TIG-welded joints, C.N.C. mandrel bending and offers a weightsaving of around 50% over the OEM system.
