There are currently optimised inlet manifolds available for the Ford Duratec 2L/2.3L (45mm bodies), Duratec 2.5L(48 or 50mm bodies), Ford Zetec angled, Zetec straight shot (both 45mm) and Peugeot Mi16/GTi6 (45mm).Further manifolds are in development and the OMEX bodies will also fit all other DCOE flanged manifolds.

Titan Motorsports 2JZRace Valve CoversFlorida based Titan Motorsportsoriginally developed these racingvalve covers to save weight on their2JZ race engines.

As soon as word got out they wereinundated with requests to offerthem to the consumer market.

So here they are!

Titan begins with a billet aluminumbase that is CNC machined to offerprecise sealing with the head usingthe original gasket. Titan then handform a smooth sheet metal top that is TIG welded before being mirror polished. The result is a setof valve covers that are 2lbs (almost 1 kilo) lighter than the factory units, and more visuallyappealing.

The sheet metal construction allows the valve covers to be used with or without a filler cap, and -10AN or -12AN fittings for crankcase ventilation can be placed in the location(s) chosen by thecustomer. (The standard configuration is smooth).

The manifold is machined from billet alloy,not cast, to ensure that it is more malleable and less likely to crack or suffer from air leaks compared to aconventional cast manifold. The fuel rail is also machined from solid alloy billet for constantly repeatablequality and reliability.

The induction system’s tuned length of 180mm provides the optimum conditions for both low end torqueand high end power for the best overall performance.
