    General Introduction - History

  • ISTROENERGO GROUP a.s.

    • IEG has 250 employees, head office in Levice and other satellite offices located in Bratislava, Kosice, Brno (Czech Republic) and Saint Petersburg (Russia).

    • Company has 11 shareholders (all of them are original founders of the company), working in IEG for more then 18 years. Board of directors of IEG consist of shareholders of the company only.

    • IEG has solid track record of references in ‘’turn-key’’ installation of power plants and main power plant equipment in 19 countries of the world.

    • The company has own know-how for creating the power plant technical concept and design of steam boilers and HRSGs which is proven by the experience from real installations. This gives the IEG ability to prepare most feasible ‘’tailor-made’’ technical solution for each project.

    • Based on long term cooperation IEG has very good relations with and strong support of most reputable companies supplying the power plant equipment (General Electric, Siemens, ABB,...)

    • IEG is one of the most important EPC contractors in Slovakia in design and delivery of power plants and power plant equipment.
