Booking Terms & Conditions 1. A provisional booking can be held for fourteen (14) days and the booking will

automatically be released if your deposit is not received.

2. A reservation will not be treated as confirmed unless a deposit of ten pounds (£10) per person is received.

3. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Full balance for party nights is due no later than Friday 22nd November 2019 (the “Due Date”). Any booking requests to add additional guests after the Due Date will be required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

5. Any cancellations must be communicated in writing by the Client and cannot be accepted via telephone.

6. In the event of cancellation, balance of monies, less deposit, will be refunded as follows:

a 14 days prior to the event date or less - no refund

b More than 14 days prior to the event date but less than 28 days - 50%

c More than 28 days prior to the event date but less than 56 days - 70%

7. Non-payment of final balance by the Due Date will render the contract void.

8. Dress code: smart/casual - no trainers or sportswear.

9. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove any person whose condition is likely to interfere with an event.

10. The Company reserves the right to amend or alter advised menu/programme of events.

11. In the event of any function having insufficient numbers, the Company reserves the right to cancel an event in which case an alternative date or full refund of monies will be given.

12. The Company may cancel a function at any time in order to fulfil football fixture list, sporting events, concerts or other stadium bowl event requirements. If that occurs, any monies paid by the Client shall be refunded in full but no further payments shall be due to the Client.

13. The Company do not accept liability for non-completion of event due to strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions, loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, flood or any cause beyond their control.

14. Please note that for bookings of more than 10 guests, we cannot guarantee that all the guests will be on one table. We will endeavour to arrange that any split tables are located as close as possible to each other while adhering to the venue’s health and safety policy.

15. Early bird booking discount is applicable on reservations with a £10 deposit received before 31st August on Kerrydale Christmas Party Night and Number 7 Carvery Party Night reservations only. Early bird discount is not applicable for Christmas Cracker, Breakfast with Santa or Midweek Carvery Lunch reservations.

16. Guests of the Christmas Party Night events in the Kerrydale Suite and Number 7 should be strictly over 18 years old, the venue operates the Challenge 25 initiative and guests may be asked to provide identification.

17. These terms and conditions are governed by Scottish law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
