Why a Comfort Care Membership?

What would happen if you never changed the oil in your car? Or, what if you never checked your car’s tires for wear? Like your car, your home’s cooling and heating system requires regular maintenance and service to operate safely and efficiently. Without it, serious problems can de-velop, causing you a great deal of damage to repair.

The Comfort Care maintenance agreement pro-vides you with regular system checks. It’s a bi-annual planned check-up and service. The maintenance completed is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty requirements for system maintenace and surpass-es the recommendations set by the Dept of Energy and most utility companies. A comfort agreement will keep your system running at its peak.

Whats Included:

Safety Inspection- Peace of mind that your Heat and Air Conditioner will function safely

Precision Tune-Up- on your heating and/ or Air Conditioner to ensure safe operation and mini-mize unwanted breakdowns and surprises.

Priority Scheduling for Emergency Service- We schedule our plan customers first. This will ensure you get a technician to your home as quickly as possible to address your needs

24/7 Emergency Service

$25 Diagnostic Fee (normally $75)
