Certified quality and environmental management

RATHGEBER is dedicated to protecting the environment. The company’s environmental management system has been certified under DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 for many years, and RATHGEBER is also the first climate-neutral company in the industry. Unavoidable emissions resulting from production processes, sales activities and administration are made climate-neutral by the voluntary purchase of official CO2 certificates.

Competence Center

The Competence Center is the interface between customers, development, product management, measurement laboratory, partner companies and all other necessary RATHGEBER departements. It offers a wide range of services in the field of RFID and NFC technology.

An international team offers customer-specific process consulting and optimization and trains you in workshops and seminars that meet your needs. AIMAIM is the global industrial association for Automatic Identification (AutoID), Data Collection and Mobile Data Communication. It was founded in 1972 in the USA: www.AIMglobal.org. AIM-D is the local „Chapter“ of this network, responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. AIM promotes the development and use of AutoID technologies: labelling, identification and automatic data collection using bar codes, matrix codes, RFID and sensor technology.

CNMAs the central point of contact for an interdisciplinary network system, the CNM is the largest NFC network nationwide, in contact with over 200 nationally and internationally active companies, associations and institutions. We offer our project partners access to current specialist knowledge and experts focussing on the topic of NFC, as well as support in the development of specific NFC ideas and products. IDconnect in the consumer sector (B2C)

Customers use their smartphone to scan the NFC transponder integrated in the handbag. Without an additional app, the individual IDconnect website, which is adapted to the company-specific corporate design.

Product information, images, videos, certificates and documents can be provided to the customer. Depending on your needs, you can send out time-controlled marketing and sales promotions such as sweepstakes, vouchers or special sales. An interaction can be achieved through integrated contact forms, customer registrations, links to your websites and Social Media channels.

IDconnect in the industrial sector (B2B)

Analysis and trend research with IDconnect

The industrial machineIDconnect can be quickly and flexibly integrated into the company-specific environment. The NFC transponder or 2D code is read by holding your smartphone or tablet.

IDconnect allows the presentation of machine characteristics (production date, type designation, technical parameters, etc.), the documentation of maintenance and maintenance measures, the definition of processes or the timing of reminder or update features. In addition, contact forms can be provided as an up- and download or as a direct link to service partners. Geolocation provides transparency for future planning, analysis and evaluation.

With the combination of NFC, IDconnect and Google Analytics individual customer data can be generated and evaluated. RFID-ANWENDERZENTRUM MÜNCHENSuccessful use of RFID-technology requires interdisciplinary work in topic areas ranging from high-frequency technology to the design of efficient logistics processes. The RFID User Centre in Munich brings together science, developers and manufacturers of RFID hardware, users and associations, and provides them with an interdisciplinary platform. The RFID User Centre pools the competencies of the various sectors and forms a strong network. This is the only way that future-proof RFID solutions can be considered as a whole and successfully realised. Through cooperation between experts from all relevant disciplines, it is possible to learn from the best, develop successful concepts and ultimately introduce them to the marke.

GS1GS1 Germany supports efficient, cross-company processes along the value-added chain. Working for clients from different industries, GS1 Germany is systematically driving the implementation of identification, data carrier, communication and process standards. Its solutions are practical and always oriented around markets and trends. MDMIMünchner Druck- und Medieningenieure (Munich printing and media engineers) have joined together to form the „MDMI“ association, in order to develop a joint network and thus share experiences and new ideas.
