As of 17 October 2009, the Earth's population is estimated by the United States Census Bureau to be 6.791 billion

That means that there are currently roughly 150 unique web pages per every person…on the planet

2. Find a speech (Pearl Harbor)

3. Copy the transcript text

4. Go to www.wordle.net

5. Paste the text

6. Play with the colors and you have a Wordle

In your classrooms listen to the speech first and then drop into Wordle. Discuss tone. Evaluate the speech again – what words are significant? Why?
