Glue safety - Take care when using glue, please follow the advice below

Skin contact: Removecontamination by washing withsoap and water. This procedureshould also be followed prior toeating and drinking.

Eye contact: Rinse immediatelywith clean water for 15 minutesand seek medical advice.

Care and maintenance

IMPORTANT, READ CAREFULLY - RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

Always follow the manufacturer`sinstructions.

Do not use the bed if any structural part isbroken or missing.

WARNINGChildren can become trapped between thebed and the wall, a roof pitch, the ceiling,adjoining pieces of furniture (e.g.cupboards) and the like. To avoid risk ofserious injury the distance between the topsafety barrier and the adjoining structureshall not exceed 75 mm or shall be bemore than 230 mm.

Ventilation of the room is necessary inorder to keep the humidity low and toprevent mould in and around the bed.

The bunk bed meets the europeanEN 747+A1:2015 standards for securityand durability.

WARNINGBunk beds and high beds can present aserious risk of injury from strangulation ifnot used correctly. Never attach or hangitems to any part of the bunk bed that arenot designed to be used with the bed, forexample, but not limited to ropes, strings,cords, hooks, belts and bags.

Mattress: This bed is designed to usemattress size 200 cm long and 90mmwide. Total thickness must not exceed15,25 cm. The label on the ladder sideindicates maximum height of mattress tobe used in this bed.

Assembly InstructionsStep 1

Fitting dowels

Insert wooden dowels A into the holes in bed rails 1 , headboard rails 2

, 3 , footboard 6 and bottomrail 7 .

Note: It may be nessesary to tap the dowel in very gently with small hammer.

Insert wooden dowels H into the holes in headboard panels 4 and 5 .

Insert dowels into theholes in bed rails 1, 3 andsafety rails 2 and 4.

Place a little glue in eachhole for dowels in the endrails 5, 6, 7 and 8. Insertdowel and tap gentlywith a small hammer.

Remove spilled glue with adamp cloth.

Note: It may be necessaryto tap dowel in very gentlywith small hammer

Screw connecting screwsinto upper holes of legs using4mm Allen key.

Screw metal dowels intoholes of legs as shown usingPhillips screwdriver.

Place a little glue in holes inlegs 9, 10, 11, 12 as shownin the picture.

Remove spilled glue with adamp cloth.

Position legs. Insert sectorsinto 35mm holes as

shown in the picture.

Tighten screws with 4mmAllen key.

Cover 35mm holes withcover caps

Insert locking nut intoend rails 7 and 8 and lockusing flathead screwdriver.

YOU SHOULD NOW DECIDE WHERE TO PLACE THE DESK.THE DESK CAN BE PLACED IN EITHER RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE.

Push Cross dowel intohole in bed rail 1the groove on Cross dowelshould be horizontal.

Push Bolt through eachleg to meet Cross doweland then fasten with theAllen key.

Attach the safety rail 2 tothe legs with the screws

Attach the bed rail 3 to thelegs with the screws

Connect desk to endrail withscrew . Tighten using aPhilips screwdriver.

Place vertical self support 18as shown.Insert screw in the deskand screw in the bed rail.Tighten using a Philipsscrewdriver.

Place shelf 19 onto verticalshelf support 18, insertlocking nut into selvesand lock using a Philipsscrewdriver.

Attach the safety rail to theladder with the screws

Cover the heads of screwswith cover caps

Position slats equally.End slats must be in contactwith legs.

Place two screws in eachslat and tighten using aPhilips screwdriver.

Cover locking nut holes inend rails with cover caps

Cover the screwhead ondesk with cover cap
