In order to maintain the reputation of Chinese-made products, AQSIQ has

committed to take effective measures to improve quality and efficiencies,

cracked down on counterfeiting certificates.

The fundamental solution

The fundamental solution to counterfeiting certificates and the most effective way to promote trade facilitation is to set up international mechanism of on-line verification on e-cert, by close cooperation between governments.

The development of international e-cert cooperation, and the improvement of the electronic inspection and quarantine, has created opportunities and conditions for China E-cert project.

Secondly, extensively create e-cert verification mechanism. China is ready to cooperate with other countries in this field of e-cert to create an e-cert verification mechanism.

Firstly, actively promote the development of international e-cert. China is willing to work with other countries to share the successful experience in e-cert, to help the countries who are interested in it to establish an e-cert system.

be inspected by inspection and quarantine

bureau in port.

Realize credit information collection and credit grade evaluation through

informatization measures, and grade the enterprises as AA, A, B, C, D grades and

implement different supervision measures to different enterprises according to the

evaluation results: to implement facilitate inspection and quarantine supervision

measures and customs clearance measures for the enterprises in high credit, but to

implement strict supervision measures for the enterprises in low credit.

information sharing and cooperation.

•AQSIQ, according to law, is responsible for management of Certificates of Origin which

include Generalized System of Preferences Certificate of Origin, ordinary CERTIFICATE

OF ORIGIN, Regional declinations Certificate of Origin and Special Certificate of Origin

issue.

import and export goods, and in related foreign negotiations.
