CONFERRING OF DEGREES AND AWARDING OF DIPLOMAS
Candidates will be admitted to degrees and awarded diplomas by the Chancellor. The Congregation may applaud ss the name of each graduate is announced.

OCCASIONAL ADDRESS
John F.H. Clark, BMechE. MAustMM, FIEAu$t will deliver the Occasional Address.
Mr Clark is General Manager (Human Resources) for BHP (Australia) Pty. Ltd. and formerly General Manager of the Port Kembla Steelworks.
He now has overall responsibility for all personnel functions for BHP (Australia) and a specific responsibility for executive succession and development. BHP (Australia) employs 70,000 people throughout its diverse organisation and all policies for their functions are Mr Clark's concern and responsibility.
CONCLUSION
The Chancel/or will close the proceedings. The Congregation is requested to stand as the procession retires.
