How do I block or unfriend?

Block = still friends, but you can’t see updates or contact

Unfriend = they are no longer in your friend list

Go to that person’s profile

At the bottom of the left column, under friends choose Unfriend or Block

You can unblock quickly, but adding back after unfriending requires the friend request process again.
