APPLYSubmit the UC Application online at apply.universityofcalifornia.edu for fall admission during the November 1-30 filing period along with the application
fee of $70 ($80 if you are an international applicant). You will need to designate a major on your application. If you have not decided on a major, you
can apply as an undeclared major. Students can access the application as early as August 1 to start preparing. admissions.uci.edu/freshmen
REQUIREMENTSIn order to be eligible for admission to UCI, you must receive a 3.0 GPA (3.4 for non-CA residents) or higher in the 15 required “a-g” subject
courses, with no grade lower than a C. You also need to submit either SAT or ACT test scores. Once you meet eligibility, we will also look
at demonstrated academic achievements, activities, talents, and skills — all in the context of your circumstances and experiences.

APPLYSubmit the UC Application online at apply.universityofcalifornia.edu for fall admission during the November 1-30 filing period along with the application
fee of $70. Admission to most majors can be guaranteed through the Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) program for transfer students from California
Community Colleges who meet eligibility requirements and submit the online TAG application between September 1-30. admissions.uci.edu/transfer
REQUIREMENTSTransfer students must complete 60 semester or 90 quarter UC transferable units by the end of the spring term prior to the desired fall term
admission with a minimum 2.4 GPA (2.8 for non-CA residents). All majors at UCI are selective and applicants are encouraged to earn the highest
possible GPA. Students must also complete seven UC transferable courses in a specific set of areas with a grade of C or better in each course.

COSTThe estimated tuition (including fees) is $15,786 for California residents and $45,540 for non-California residents. Living expenses, which include
books and supplies, on-campus room and board, personal expenses, and transportation, are estimated to total $19,742, but will vary per

FINANCIAL AIDStudents demonstrating the need for financial assistance may be eligible for scholarships, grants, loans, and/or work-study. To obtain financial
aid you must file a FAFSA application by the appropriate deadline at fafsa.gov. The UCI School Code is 001314. By applying to UCI, you are
automatically applying for scholarships, however, other scholarship opportunities may require you to submit additional documentation.
