The Food and Beverage Club Presents The Food and Beverage Club Presents Wine Night The Food and Beverage Club is launching its first Wine Night on Friday, November 2, and the special guest for that evening will be vintner Clay Mauritson, whose wines members and guests will be sampling. Says Mauritson: “Together, our team has developed a winemaking process that focuses on small vineyard lot separation and fermentation — last year alone we ushered 68 different lots to maturity before the final blending. This gives us enormous flexibility, enabling us to pinpoint that perfect Mauritson signature with every varietal, every vintage. With a little over 270 acres of estate vineyards, we are not only able to source the absolute best of each vintage, we are also able to meticulously follow our passions.” Make November 2 a date to join your fellow University Club members for a delightful evening of wine and dinner with one of the most exciting vintners in California.
