Print foil using Universal Unit DoseSoftware (or use Zebra thermalprinter capable of bar coding each dose). See �g. 1.

STEP 1:

Place blister in special UD paddle and �ll with medication(s). See �g. 2

STEP 2:

Load foil on top of blister -attach tractor feed to side of paddle with pins. See �g. 3.

Seal for approximately 1 second in anRx Systems AutoSealer, or 2 secondsin a manual press. See �g. 4a.

STEP 4a:

Remove tractor feed fromfoil. See �g. 4b.

STEP 4b:

Turn paddle over to �at side. Place foil/blister in card or distribution package of your choice and seal for approximately 1-2 seconds in an Rx Systems AutoSealer, and 3-4 seconds in a manual press. Remove from paddle. See �g. 5

To Seal Foil, Blister & Card

Pull up from bottom right hand corner and remove sealed medication (See �g. 6). If card will not release from blister and foil, place in heat seal for approximately 1-2 seconds.

Consider reducing your seal time on future cards if you have a consistent problem with cards not sealing.

To Reclaim sealed blister/foil from card
