PROBES
The fine bowman probe can
be deformed without braking.
It is used for:
• control of a perforation of
the sinus membrane after an
extraction of an upper wisdom
tooth.
• control of the hardness of the
bone in apical region during
the implant bed preparation
(no injury of the alveolar nerve!)

Unlike normally ground
scissors, the USTOMED
Supercut Scissors feature two
different types of blade - one
of them with an extremely
sharp edge, the other (which
is also very thin) with
microfine toothing. As a
result, the tissue is no longer
squeezed during the cutting
process and consequently,
only minimally traumatised.
When removing sutures,
the scissor blade’s micro-
toothing prevents slippage
of the suture material. For the
patient, this means fast and
lowpain suture removal.
MOUTH MIRROR / IRRIGATINGCANNULA / BLADE HOLDER
The long cannula can be used for:
• wound irrigation after surgery
• inspection of the cavity during
sinus floor elevation surgery
• gentle low invasive aspiration
of blood during bone grafting
procedures with fine particles

BONE FIXATION SET& VERSUS SCREWS
Design Dr. Alessandro Ponte
20
This very compact and universally applicable set has been specially designed to
meet all the requirements of advanced Bone Augmenatation Procedures.
It is a real novelty in the market segment!
• Highly ergonomic handle prevents fatigue in the user’s hand
• Sophisticated and functional, clearly structured design
• Integrated and removable ruler for exact measurement of screw length and
augmentate
• Newly developed material from aerospace industry – thermostable
• All components can be machine-processed (thermo-disinfected) and sterilized using
any common sterilization method, thus complying with the latest RKI guidelines

VERSUS MICRO-SCREWS
The particular bicylindrical design of the apical head of the selftapping screws
(Micro-Head) gives the possibility to insert it in the bone block automatically in the right
direction given by the drill bur. The top of the head has a low surface in order to prevent
tissue dehiscences.
Versus Micro-Screws
• Micro-Head-Screws for 2D- and 3D-Augmentations
• Special implant steel alloy prevents Osseointegration
• Reduced fracture risk during screw removal
• Precision-milled, cross-recessed screw head
• Patented, self-adaptive screwdriver bit
• Fast and easy pick-up of the self-retaining screws
• Superior friction between the blade and the screw head – no socket rounding

ELLIPSYS BONE-BLOCK HOLDING FORCEPS
The Ellipsys Bone-Block Holding Forceps gives the possibility to fix the bone block
in the desired position avoiding every movement during the perforation with the drill
bur. Even the fixation with the screw is possible without loosing the hold: the apical cut
allows the removal of the forceps after the complete fixation of the bone block.
Available in two ring-sizes: Standard and Micro
