PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Engineering)

UTSE provides a fully integrated procurement and logistics service from design, material, equipment

through to final construction. UTSE sources materials on a worldwide basis, managing the entire

procurement process including imported process , customs clearance, bonded warehouse, taxes

exemption and exported declaration process.

Material stock area is enclosed and controlled area. Separated area for new

plate, off-cut plate and scrap, monitoring and control ling by the stock keeper

for withdraw process.

The stock area is relocated near the workshop for fast execution. Warehouse

is provided for soft equipment and small fittings parts.

Assembly area 183,000 sq. meters are fully developed with power supply

and lighting system, located in front of lunching area.

UTSE had built vessels in blocks, completed with primer coat, outfitting

work, piping work and cable ladder. This is to optimize manpower by

down hand welding. Automatic welding machine is utilized for the area

that could be applied.

We emphasize on the equipment protection, as a very important

concern, to prevent the damage from hot works and paint works during

construction.

UTSE lifting facilities are combination for both land

transportation and lifting.

• Assemble line 200 meters with 3 x 20 tons gantry

crane

• Assemble line 300 meters with 2 x 60 tons gantry crane

• Crawler crane 250 tons.

• Low base hydraulic Ro-Ro (up to 3000 tons)

• Floating crane 100 tons

The launching area, seafront width 100

meters, is utilize as assembly area and set up

for launching of the vessel up to 120 meters

in length, simultaneously 2-3 vessels. The

design of ground compressed load is up to 90

tons/m2. Water depth up to 6 meters.
