* "Do not allow spray to drift from the application site and contact people,structures people occupy at any time and the associated property., parksand recreation areas, nontarget crops, aquatic and wetland areas,woodlands, pastures, rangelands, or animals."

• For ground boom applications, apply with nozzle height no more than 4feet above the ground or crop canopy and when wind speed is 10 mph orless at the application site as measured by an anemometer. Use (registrantto fill in blank with spray quality, e.g., fine or medium) or coarser sprayaccording to ASAB 572 definition for standard nozzles or VMD forspinning atomizer nozzles.

i. Under "Total Vegetation Control";ii

Delete "Karmex," since it is no longer registered,

j. Under "Warranty and Disclaimer and Notice'1;

Add "To the fullest extent permitted by law," to the beginning of the second andthird paragraphs of this section.

k. Change "Down AgroSciences" to "Dow AgroSciences" on page 6,

Submit one copy of the revised final printed label for the record before you release theproduct for shipment. If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subjectto cancellation in accordance with F1FRA section 6(e). Your release for shipment of the productconstitutes acceptance of these conditions. .
