Development Strategy

Ridges identi"ed from contour lines indicate the highest points of the landscape where the buildings and roads are placed.

!e lowest points identi"ed from the hydrologi-cal evaluation from the contours dictate where the planting areas should be situated. !ey also dictate the four entry points into the campus. !e entry points of the four entrances into the campus are at points where there are minimal pooling of water

Existing vegetation are le# untouched with added planting within the site in the gullies as indicated by the blue streams to increase connectivity between existing and new vegetation.

Pine Valley Road runs alongside a deep gully which is heavily planted with NZ natives, creating a bu$er for noise, tra%c, pollution and privacy. Pr
