Website?)5 Budget - Equipment /Cost – find out how much camera, tripod, SD card etc costs.6 Schedule – when will you take images? Are you using Photoshop? (Use the production schedule table to help)7 How will you exhibit your images? (Card, Frame?)

TASK:

My topic is Macro photography. I personally chose it because it's my favourite form of photography as it allows the human eye to experience/perceive beautiful images close-up and in great detail. I also like the fact that it gives us an insight into the world of very small subjects, which goes largely unnoticed.

My inspiration doesn’t come from an individual photographer or website, it just comes from different sections of the internet when I see various images of macro photography. I have always been fascinated by macro photography and I like the fact that you can see the creativity through other's eyes and develop a style of your own. Furthermore, I particularly love the beautiful simplicity and stunning quality of the macro images as they usually show the subject matter in a high resolution format, allowing the human eye to pick up on small little details that otherwise in everyday life we would easily miss. Also, I love how much dedication some photographers demonstrate to the art of macro photography, in some cases they even risk their lives to get a good picture. For example, I have seen a story in the newspapers of how a wildlife photographer almost died by entering the territory of a wild pack of wolves, simply to get a close up image of a curious wolf.

Schedule:

This is how my exhibition layout will be organised. I like this style as it allows the main focus on the best photographs and also gives enough area to cover my other photos. I will print the images out as card.

Will you use Adobe Photoshop/edit your images?

I was considering making some minor adjustments to my images in Adobe Photoshop, all whilst sticking to what I know so that I don’t get confused and end up making it a difficult process. However, I might not, depending on whether I’m happy how my unedited images turn out. So in conclusion, I will choose to keep my options open and just see how it goes.
