GEOGRAPHY

• Ancient Egypt was famous for it’s colossal pyramids. The pyramids provided a tourist attraction and brought in money.• Ancient Egypt was centered around the Nile river. The Nile

provided water ,transportation, fertile crops and more.• Ancient Egypt was also home to the Sahara desert( Nile River to Right )

• Became pharaoh when he was 12 years old. • Ruled for 9 years until his death in 1322 B.C.• Faced a decision when he was twelve years old. He had to

decide weather to open the shrines of Osiris and the other gods that King Akhenaton had closed.
