Suitability of the new update for the client

This update for the user/client is highly suitable as it meets all the requirements. It provides the user/client with very good secure system, which gives them an area where they can keep their files safe because of the private network that the machine is setup with (A local VPN). This provides the user/client with a network which no one can get access to, and the user is the only person that can access the data packages. Furthermore it allows them to view the data packets being transferred.

The user requirement for the user and client have been meet. For the purpose and for the client.

THE PURPOSE:

The purpose of installing and maintaining software is to improve the technology system that is already built in the device, for example software updates for iPhone with iOS updates. New software can change the processes of any device that it is installed on and it can even change the usability. Furthermore software is mainly used to improve a technology system. Maintaining software is performed to make sure that the technology system works to maximum potential without any faults.

CLIENT:Most people in the world use software on a daily basis and people use software, in business, education and more. People use software in these ways to make their life easier. People may install new software at different times and for many different purpose. Businesses and large companies may install new software to improve their productivity and their profit value. Software can also be installed for personal uses, like to protect the computer from viruses, and it will be installed as security for the computer or device.

These pictures are evidence showing that I installed the operating system. The screen shots show the network connection being setup, and connecting it to a local VPN. Furthermore it also shows the setup of an account with administration rights. There are more customisations which can be done on the OS but only if the client or user wants to install it.

This evaluation has been made, so that the setup which has been installed on the OS can be changed to meet all the new requirements of the client:
