REGISTER THE VISITOR / VISITORSPre-registration online. With UnisonVisit web portal, employees can pre-register one or more visitors in any browser, for computer and smartphone. The visitor / group will then be shown in the reception software, which provides them with a basis for today’s visitors and speeds up the process upon arrival.
Automatic visitor handling. Visitors who are pre-registered online receive an Email with a welcome message containing a QR code. When the visitor arrives for the meeting, he/she shows it to a QR reader at a check-in kiosk and the visitor badge is automatically printed. Simultaneously the visitor is notified by SMS and / or Email that the visitor has arrived.
Self-service on site. The visitor can register their visit in an adaptable visitor’s kiosk at the reception. In the kiosk, the visitor types their name and other information in and receives a visitors badge.
Registration by receptionist. The visitor is welcomed, registered and given their visit badge by the receptionist. The group registration feature halves the registration time of group visitors.
CHECK IN/OUT Each visitor badge has a QR code that simplifies and speeds up the check-in / check-out process. The visitor badge is shown to a QR code reader and the visitor is checked in or out. Simple and smooth.
THE HOST IS INFORMED Once a visitor has been checked in, the visitor may receive an Email and / or text message indicating that the visitor has arrived.
INTEGRATION WITH ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM UnisonVisit is a part of Unison and allow visitors to access predetermined areas.

CHECK IN WITH A QR CODEQR code checks the visitor in. All visitors who are pre-registered receives an Email containing date of meeting, a personalized message and a QR code. Once on site, the visitor presents the QR code to a QR code reader and is automatically checked in. A visitor badge is automatically printed and the host is notified by SMS and Email.
OR code opens the door. If your office is in a shared building you can allow your visitors to open doors, of your choice, by showing the QR code in their smart phone to wall mounted QR code readers. When shown for the first time the system automatically checks the visitor in and notifies the host via SMS and/or Email that the visitor has arrived.

QR-KEY MODULEQR key provides automatic visitor management without reception. Employees book their vis-its in a web portal or via a smartphone. ID CARD MODULEAutomate ID card orders with UnisonVisit ID card module. Staff uses a photo kiosk to enter their personal data and photograph themselves, that saves the data in a database. When you install UnisonVisit locally, you can choose to have everything on the same server or separate all services according to your preferences. For example, it’s possible to install UnisonVisit’s Windows services on a common application server and add the MS SQL database to a database cluster. All communication ports are adjustable, allowing you to customi-ze the communication routes according to your security requirements.
