Conservation Subdivision Standards
• Conservation residential subdivisions are allowed in residential districts
• Minimum lot width is reduced to 40’ and there is no minimum lot size requirement
• Gross density is the same as if developed according to conventional standards for the district
• Connectivity to adjacent tracts must be maintained.
