DESCRIPCIÓN PLAZOS DE AVISO MÍNIMO

Argos ha priorizado la comunicación oportuna de cambios organizacionales enmarcada en el respeto por las personas y una ade-cuada gestión de cambio. El tiempo para comunicar los cambios organizacionales se define según las características del mismo, no de manera estandarizada. Su despliegue se hace por medio de una estrategia de medios internos que nos permite incluir a todos los empleados y geografías, espacios liderados por los líderes de las áreas con sus equipos para entender la naturaleza y el progreso de los cambios y solucionar las inquietudes de los colaboradores. Igualmente, existes canales de comunicación oficiales con los sindicatos de empleados, los cuales incluyen reuniones con una frecuencia establecida.

Argos cuenta con una estrategia de medios internos que le permite divulgar de manera oportuna y asertiva los cambios organiza-cionales a todas las geografías y empleados, definiendo los canales de comunicación más efectivos para transmitir el mensaje, desde el respeto hacia las personas. Los Líderes son gestores del cambio, que transmiten los mensajes y solucionan las inquietu-des de los colaboradores. Sin embargo, existen canales de comunicación oficiales con los sindicatos de empleados, los cuales incluyen reuniones con una frecuencia establecida.

La comunicación oportuna y asertiva es base para divulgación de todos los cambios organizacionales que se realizan, acompaña-da por un proceso de gestión del cambio donde los líderes empoderados garantizan la recepción efectiva de los mensajes desde el respeto hacia las personas y la cercania para profundizar en la información. Lo anterior es posible a través de una estrategia de medios internos que evalúa las características del cambio para desplegar la mejor línea de comunicación. Igualmente, existen canales de comunicación oficiales con los sindicatos de empleados, los cuales incluyen reuniones con una frecuencia estableci-da.

En Argos, la comunicación juega un rol esencial, ya que a través de ella se generan vínculos que permiten la consecución de objetivos y el trabajo mancomunado de todos los colaboradores. Oportunidad, claridad y asertividad son las bases esenciales de las comunicaciones de los cambios organizacionales que transcurren a lo largo del año, acompañados siempre de líderes de gestión del cambio y líderes de área dispuestos a ampliar información y resolver dudas e inquietudes de la forma más cercana posible. Las comunicaciones se dan a través de canales oficiales, las cuales incluyen a todos los colaboradores y a su vez se desarrollan comunicaciones oficiales para sindicatos con reuniones establecidas con una frecuencia predefinida para mantener siempre la comunicación en ambas direcciones.
