Trip Terms & Conditions:

1. Base Rank - For participants that joined Unicity :-

a. Before 1st February

2018

Rank Advancement and/or Rank Maintenance Point will be based on your highest paid rank during October 2017 – January 2018.

If your highest rank from October 2017 – January 2018 was lower than EM, rank advancement and/or rank maintenance Point will be based on no rank.

b. From February 2018 to

May 2018

Rank Advancement and/or Rank Maintenance and/or Dropping Rank will be based on your First month rank that you joined.

2. During the qualification period, if your rank is higher than the base rank, that rank will be the new

base rank for following months.

3. *Points from maintaining new rank will be given once a new rank is maintained during the

qualification period.

4. For Director Ranks and above, participants must maintain at least 1500 TV in order to accumulate

points for that particular month.

5. All participants must maintain at least 200 Local PV, starting from the 1st month that participants

accumulate points until the end of qualification period.

6. Participants must maintain “Active Status” (100 PV) after the qualification ends until the trip period.

7. If a few distributors achieve new rank of EM stacked in the same line, EM Rank at the bottom of the

organization will get points from Rank Advancement. The uplines who achieve EM Rank will get 2

points only unless approval has been given by Unicity for Rank Advancement Point for the uplines in

the 2nd and 3rd level who have at least 2500 PV on the 2nd leg (non-compressed). See Example of

EM stacked point’s achievement below:

**Special Qualification for New Director

8. For participants who achieve Director Rank for the first time since signing up with Unicity are eligible

for one (1) package to Tokyo as long as they meet the following criteria:

i. Participants must achieve Director Rank for their first time during February 2018 to May

2018 and must have 1500 TV in that month.

ii. Participants who have qualified for any previous Unicity Leadership Seminar Trip Promotions

will not be eligible to participate in this special qualification.

iii. For the participants who have achieved Director Rank and 1500 TV for the first time, the

participants must also achieve at least Executive Manager Rank for one (1) month during

the qualification period.

iv. During the qualification period, the participants must maintain personal volume at least 200

Local PV.

v. Participants must maintain “Active Status” (100 PV) after the qualification ends until the trip

period.

Remarks on New Director qualification:

- The special qualification may not be combined with normal Tokyo qualification.

- Participants who qualify must attend the trip PERSONALLY.

Trip points are non-transferable or exchangeable.

- Participants are responsible for applying and obtaining any necessary VISA/ travel

documents including associated fee. Unicity will not be responsible for any unsuccessful

VISA/travel documents application.

- Participants must depart from the airport in their registered countries only.

- Unicity reserves the right to make changes to this leadership seminar as and when deemed

necessary. Unicity is not responsible for any damages, delay or cancellation of the trip

caused by but not limited to airline faults, political situation, riot, protest, strike, natural

disaster which may cause cancellation or a postpone of the trip.

APPENDIX A:

GENERAL REGULATION OF UNICITY TRIP PROMOTION

QUALIFYING FOR UNICITY LEADERSHIP SEMINAR TRIP

1. Mandatory Pre-requisites to qualify for Unicity Trip Promotion must be fulfilled, no retrospective top up after

each PV month is allowed.

2. Travel points are not transferrable or exchangeable.

3. Distributors who qualify but are unable to attend the trip will be allowed to attend a future trip on similar cost

basis subject to management review and approval. Advance notification of 30 days to office prior to final

month of trip qualification is required.

4. Only Distributors in good standing with Unicity will be eligible to participate. Any violation of company’s rules

& regulation and/or code of ethics may result in immediate disqualification regardless achievement.

TRAVELLING WITH UNICITY

1. Distributors who earned one (1) package must attend the trip personally.

2. Trip Package is a non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash/products.

3. Non-qualifiers or Lifestyle Bonus Opt-in Participants are responsible in ensuring all payments related to the

trip is made in entirety no later than the official announced payment deadline specified by date and time.

Failure to do so will result in Unicity declining your participation. Kindly take note of the following:

a. Trip Participation will not be confirmed, therefore, will not be secured until the following is provided:

i. Completed Participation Agreement

form ii. Passport details iii. Full Payment

b. Trip payments via commission check deduction are strictly not allowed.

c. Passport expiry date not lower than 6 months.

d. Credit card payments are subject to bank merchant fee surcharges.

e. Payments requiring bank clearance ie cheque/bank transfer will have to consider turn-over time in

ensuring monies are reflected in Unicity’s account by deadline.

Note: Verbal agreement is not considered as an official agreement to trip participation.

4. Travel arrangements:

a. Flight Reservation – provided by Unicity

b. Accommodation – provided by Unicity, twin sharing basis only as determined by Company

c. Trip Itinerary – provided by Unicity

d. VISA application (if needed) – Unicity will provide supporting documents only.

Participants are responsible for any Visa and other associated fees. Unicity will not be responsible for

any unsuccessful Visa applications.

e. Special Arrangements – not allowed

i.e. self-check-in request, diversion of flight tickets/trip itinerary, redemption of mileage points etc.

5. Trip departing airport is affixed as below:

Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL)

Singapore/Brunei: Changi Airport (SIN)

Note: All Participants are responsible for all return transportation costs to the affixed location. Unicity will not

be responsible for any inability to arrive at the departing airport location prior to departure.

6. Unicity is not responsible for any damages; delay or cancellation of the trip caused by but not limited to airline

faults, political situation, riot, protest, strike, natural disaster which may cause cancellation or a postponement

of the trip.

7. Unicity reserves the right to change, amend, alter or discontinue any of the terms and conditions stipulated in

the Trip Promotion handout and/or the General Regulation of Unicity Trip Promotion, without any prior

notice.
